Punchline: “The check isn’t in the mail.”
ZenCash helps freelancers do two things: show appreciation for the clients that pay on time and follow up with the clients
that don't.
Every detail matters. Our users’ brands are on the line,
so one of the first questions we get is about the quality of our
materials. So we started ‘answering’ by just sending
everyone a sample kit before they even had to ask.
It was really important to us to
zone in on the simplicity of the flow.
Nobody needs another app to
manage. So ZenCash had to feel more like
an add-on than a whole new thing.
Syncing means saving time. It is a simple but important part of the process. When you are
sync’ed, you are up-to-date.
Invoices flow through ZenCash like leaves down a river. You don’t have to
schedule actions at every stop along the way. But a well-planned timeline will keep customers in the loop and
feeling more valued.
Reviving the lost art of the thank you note is one thing we
are most proud of. Think of how rare it is to get a printed
note from a vendor!
And sometimes a phone call is needed. It can be an early-stage “did you
get the invoice” call, or a later stage, “you’re late, time to pay up” call. But
in call cases, calls are professional, spot
checked for quality, and recorded so you can go
back and listen if needed.
If actions during these first two stages are not successful, users can turn on third-party
collections and set the threshold for when “enough is enough”.
ZenCash even manages the legal process should legal action be needed.
