X Black Holes Workshop – conference Dinner 18th December (Monday) at 20:30, Restaurante Ol´ a Ria, Aveiro The conference dinner will take place at the restaurant Ol´aRia, in the city center, which you can easily reach on foot from the Campus in 22 min walking (see map above for directions from the conference auditorium). The restaurant is located in a (renewed) old factory building (see entrance in the right figure). There is a reception with a welcome drink and a fixed menu (either fish, meat or vegetarian) with starters, soup, drinks, main course, dessert and coffee included, for a total price of 20 euros. It is easier if you bring cash, but cards will be accepted at the restaurant. The menu is as follows: 1- Welcome drinks: water, orange juice, sparkling red wine with fruit 2- Starters: bread, butter, olive mousse and olive oil 3- Vegetable cream soup 4- Main course: (a) Fish codfish with crispy corn bread, grelos with garlic and potatoes (b) Meat roasted pork shank with potatoes, apple puree and vegetables (c) Vegetarian mushroom risotto 5- Desert: strudel of era Rocha (portuguese pear) with orange and nuts 6- Coffee (upon request) To drink: red or white wine (Cabe¸ ca de Pote –Qta Cad˜ao-Douro), water, soft drinks. 1
