This evening’s silent auction technology is brought to you

byBidPal,acompanydedicatedtoimprovingcharitable

fundraising events.

The silent auction will open at 6 p.m., and will close 15 minutes

aftertheliveauctionends.Youcanregisterandbidforthesilent

auctionononeoftheBidPalhandhelddevices.Ifyouarethe

winner of a silent auction, you must visit the check-out table

in the registration area to make payment arrangements for the

executive meeting you have purchased before your departure.

Live Auction

To participate in the live auction, you must register at the tables

located near the main entrance upon arrival. At that time, you

will receive a bid number and corresponding paddle, which you

may use to bid on any package during the live auction. If you

are the highest bidder of an auction, a bid runner will come to

you to collect contact and billing information. Please note that

despite giving information to the bid runner, you must also

visit the check-out table before departing the event.

Check-Out Process

As the winner of an auction, you must visit the check-out desk,

located near the main entrance, before leaving tonight’s event.

At the check-out desk, both contact and billing information will

be confirmed. For your convenience, checks, cash and credit

cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are accepted.

If you require an invoice, your credit card details will be

captured as a guarantee, and your payment must be received

in full by July 16, 2012.

Connecting with Your Auction Candidate(s)

No contact information for the auction candidate will be

provided until payment has been received in full. Auction

candidates will not schedule meetings with the winning

bidders until WIT has notified them that payment has been

received. Within one week of receiving full payment, WIT will

provide the auction candidate(s) with the winning bidder’s

contact information. The winning bidder will be copied on

this communication. At that point, it is the responsibility of the

winning bidder to contact the auction candidate(s) to schedule

their meeting. Winning bidders should contact their auction

candidate(s) no later than August 1, 2012. After that time, WIT

has no further responsibility to assist you with connecting with

the auction candidate(s).
