PART 5
Self-Esteem
When I think about myself I think about my flaws, but I just always try to focus on what makes me unique inside and out. Personally, I can careless about what others think of me I know who I am and the woman I’m trying to become. I don’t recommend women having this attitude this is my personality, everyone is different and for me as I woman I have self-respect for myself and I know my worth. I have struggled with different things as a woman but overall I love the skin I’m in and I have high self-esteem.

PART 6 LETTER/Drawing Myself
Dear Ka’Rose,
On the inside, you have felt pain, suffered, and hated yourself but you knew there was a purpose for that pain. Nobody has been in your shoes and on the outside, everything looked completely fine. Life is never easy and the woman you are becoming is beautiful. Continue to stand strong, empower women, and let women feel confident in their own skin. I love you Ka’Rose and stay blessed
I’m in pain mentally and spiritually where my head/heart is
Physically sometimes my body and emotionally mind & heart
*I didn’t really put my all into this but it’s a quick demonstration
Those are the places I need HEALING THE MOST
Overall I am happy! I just have to learn how to deal with and manage the pain.
