You know I love Roald Dahl’s books and the Winnie the Witch Series, you could try them with some help. The libraries are due to open soon so hopefully you can go there to get a good selection or borrow from www.borrowbox.com like we are.

SI Busy at Maths – MoneyPupils will need to do oral work on the coins up to the value of 10c. The more practical work they can do the better so make up a shop, give your items prices and have fun being the shopkeeper and the customer. SESE: Geography Pick a country in Europe, maybe somewhere you have been on holidays. See what you can find out about it eg. their flag, the food, animals & birds, the famous buildings/places, the languages they speak. You could put your information in a booklet, scrapbook or on a A3 sheet like you did for your Australia project. Add lots of pictures. If you are using the internet for your research use www.kiddle.co or www.ducksters.com.

Art: Designer Flip FlopsUsing stiff cardboard from a box, draw and cut around your feet. You can then add the details using your imagination and bits & bobs you have at home.
