Method of operation

With all variants of theVolumetic VODM for carbonatedproducts the containers are conveyedthrough the machine by means ofneck-handling This as well as fillquantity determination via induc-tive flow meter guarantee highflexibility and short change-overtimes Depending on the pitch circle

a central or a tubular ring bowl isemployed Product feed pipes connect theproduct tank with the filling valvesIn each connecting pipe there is aninductive flow meter which measuresthe quantity of the product flowingthrough the pipes via the productrsquosconductivity Before filling the con-tainer is pressed on and centredAfterwards it is rinsed or pressurisedwith inert gas depending on the fill-ing valve design Non-carbonated
