: Company Webjet is Australia and New Zealand’s largest online flight booking site, which also has operations in the US and Asia.Webjet enables customers to search, review and book the best domestic/international flight deals, travel insurance, car hire and hotel accommodation. Webjet offers customers easy access to the lowest fares combined with great service. With over 80,000 unique visitors to their website daily, brand recognition was high. However, Webjet was keen on re-engaging visitors that dropped off their site to increase conversions and profitability. To achieve this, they needed a solution that not only aligned perfectly with their own marketing programs and but also provided flexible, granular control to meet the unique needs of each visitor. On completion of the easy VRM set up, the Vizury platform was able to collect data related to visitor behaviour, flight/hotel availability, fares, travel dates, destinations etc. The collected data was used to segregate visitors into hundreds of fine ‘nano-segments’ based on their unique needs. The nano - segmentation enabled Webjet to recom- mend options that best match each individual visitor’s needs based on a host of parameters such as Origin, Destination, Price, Date and offer. For Hotels, Vizury’s conversion rates were on average 0.35 percentage points higher than website conver- sion rates.
