    In cooperation with the Winthrop University Real Estate Foun-dation, implement phase one o Courtyard reurbishment bypainting and replacing carpet on rst two foors.

    utilize athletic bond capacity to:

    and its West Forum on Politics and Public Policy will:

    Work with ocials o the S.C. Republican Party and otherplanners involved in bringing presidential candidates to the statein advance o the partys Presidential primary in early 2012, toinclude visits to the Winthrop campus.

    Work with ocials o the City o Charlotte and other planningorganizations involved in hosting the Democratic National Con-vention in Charlotte, N.C., in September 2012 to involve S.C.students in educational events with prominent attendees.

    Work with partisan and independent organizations to bringpresidential candidates to the Winthrop campus in the campaignleading up to the Presidential election in November 2012.
