as much time together but share attitudes and group identity.

● They seek the approval of their peers and feel better about themselves when they receive

such approval.

● They enjoy spending time with somebody they like, learn how to relate positively to

other people, or prepare for the more serious courtship activities that come later in life.

• Foreclosure: making commitments and plans without self examination, becoming

• Diffusion: searching for meaning of life, because they have not committed

● Anorexia nervosa is self starvation and distorted body image while

Bulimia is recurrent cycles of binge eating.

2) Is there any treatments for Anorexia and Bulimia Nervosa?

● Yes, there are treatment programs, where their calorie intake is closely

monitored or to remain in school as long as they stop losing weight and

receive counseling.

3) Why do the use of drugs as smoking are increased among teens?

● Because of many reasons such as parental abuse, rebelliousness, escape

from boredom, peer pressure and search for excitement.

4) Is there any treatments for drugs?

● Yes, there are two ways to be treated from drugs; which are detoxification

and counseling therapy. Detoxification- the removal of the toxic, or

poisonous, substance from the body.

5) Why do adolescents have struggle with the issue of how and when to express

their sexual feelings?

● Media is the main source of mess about sex issues; models in

advertisements, televisions shows that revolves around sex. A lot of

females are pregnant that they quit school and go on welfare.
