Systemtrennerkombination Typ BA nach DIN EN 1717. Laut dieser Norm ist die Wasserqualität je nach Grad der Verschmutzung in 5 Klassen eingeteilt. Diese Kombination erlaubt Absicherung gegen Nichttrinkwasser bis zur Gefahrenklasse 4, der höchsten Gefahrenklasse, die mit einer Armatur abgesichert werden darf. Die höchste Gefährdungsklasse 5 kann nur über einen freien Auslauf abgesichert werden. IMT Systemtrenner arbeiten nach dem Dreikammer-System, wobei eine zur Atmosphäre belüftbare Mittelkammer durch je einen Rückfl ussverhinderer gegenüber der Eingangskammer und der Ausgangskammer getrennt ist. Die Belüftung der Mittelkammer erfolgt dann, wenn das Druckgefälle zwischen Eingangs- und Mittelkammer auf 0,14 bar abgesunken ist.DVGW zer tifi ziert.

Dieser Systemtrenner wurde nach der Norm DIN EN 1717 entwickelt. Laut dieser Norm ist die Wasserqualität je nach Grad der Verschmutzung in 5 Klassen eingeteilt. Der Systemtrenner Typ BA erlaubt Absicherung gegen Nichttrinkwasser bis zur Gefahrenklasse 4, der höchsten Gefahrenklasse, die mit einer Armatur abgesichert werden darf. Die höchste Gefährdungsklasse 5 kann nur über einen freien Auslauf abgesichert werden.IMT Systemtrenner arbeiten nach dem Dreikammer-System, wobei eine zur Atmosphäre belüftbare Mittelkammer durch je einen Rückflussverhinderer gegenüber der Eingangskammer und der Ausgangskammer getrennt ist. Die Belüftung der Mittelkammer erfolgt dann, wenn das Druckgefälle zwischen Eingangs- und Mittelkammer auf 0,14 bar abgesunken ist.

321 Heating Filling Unit according to VDI 2035Heizungsnachfüllstation nach VDI 2035

Die Heizsysteme werden in den letzten Jahren immer kompakter und kleinere Wärmeübertragungsfl ächen bringen heute höchste Leistung. Damit sind sie aber auch gegen Störungen anfälliger. Wird eine Heizung mit Wasser unzureichender Qualität betrieben, folgen Korrosion, Kalkausfällungen, Schlamm- und Luftbildung.Daher schreibt die VDI 2035 das Befüllen und den Betrieb von Heizungsanlagen mit weichem Wasser vor.Durch eine Mischung ausgewählter Ionenaustauschharze und eines pH-Stabilisators bei der Erstbefüllung wird das Wasser weitgehend entmineralisiert (>0,5°dH) und gleichzeitig auf pH-Werte zwischen 8,2 und 8,7 alkalisiert. Da auch die korrosiven Ionen wie Chlorid und Sulfat entfernt werden, ist ein dauerhafterer Korrosionsschutz auch ohne chemische Inhibitoren gegeben. Gleichzeitig wird die Leitfähigkeit des Wassers abgesenkt.

The heating systems have become in recent years more compact; smaller heat exchange surfaces can offer today much higher performance than before. This makes them however more subject to malfunction. If the heating system operates with inadequate water quality the consequences are: corrosion, lime deposits, sludge and air in the system.For this reason heating systems are to be fi lled and shall work with soft water, according to the VDI 2035 regulations.Thanks to a mixture of selected ion exchange resins and a pH stabilizer in the fi rst fi lling operation, the water is largely demineralized (>0,5°dH) and alkalized to pH values between 8.2 to 8.7.As the corrosive ions, such as chloride and sulfate, are also removed, a better protection against corrosion is provided without the help of chemical inhibitors. At the same time water conductivity is reduced.

Verwendungsbereich Eingesetzt wird der Gasanschluss-Kugelhahn in der Eck- und Durchgangsform für Installationen nach DVGW-TRGI 2008, die mit Gasen nach DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 260 Teil 1 und mit zulässigen Betriebsüberdrücken bis 5 bar betrieben werden.Es handelt sich hierbei um Gasgeräte wie Gas-Heizgeräte und Brauchwassererwärmer, sowie Gas-Umlaufwasserheizer, Gas-Kombiwasserheizer und Gas-Durchlaufwasserheizer.

Gemäss DVGW-TRGI 2008 („Technische Regeln der Gas-Installation“) und Muster-Feuerungsverordnung FeuVo 02/95, Ausgabe 09/97, §4 Abs. 6 schliesst die im Gasanschluss-Kugelhahn integrierte thermisch auslösende Absperreinrichtung aus Stahl (TAE) bei einer Temperatur von über 100°C die Gaszufuhr selbsttätig ab und hält mindestens einer Temperatur von 650°C über 30 Minuten stand.Die IMT-Gasanschluss-Kugelhähne schliessen nachfolgende Gasanlagen schon in einem Temperaturbereich von 92°C bis 100°C innerhalb von höchstens 45 Sekunden ab und bleiben bis zu einer Temperatur von 925°C über 60 Minuten dicht.

ApplicationThe Gas Safety Shut-off Valve in straight and angle pattern is used for installations according to DVGW-TRGI 2008 which use gases according to DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 260 Part 1 and are subject to a maximum allowable operating pressure of 5 bar.These gas installations are usually central gas heating systems and water heaters, such as instantaneous water heaters.

According to DVGW-TRGI 2008 and the German Fire Code Draft Recommendation (FeuVo) of 02/95, Edition 09/97, §4 Paragraph 6, the thermally released steel shut-off device (TAE) automatically shuts off the gas fl ow at temperatures above 100°C (212°F) and remains closed at 650°C (1202°F) for at least 30 minutes.The IMT Gas Safety Shut-off Valves automatically shuts off the gas fl ow already at temperatures between 92°C and 100°C (198°F -212°F) within 45 seconds and keeps the installation at 925°C (1697°F) for at least 60 minutes gas tight.

PricesAll listed in our list prices are retail prices in Euro per unit, excluding VAT, packaging included. Not included are small order surcharges, insurance and express delivery charges. IMT reserves the right to modify the prices anytime.

Payment conditionsPayment shall be agreed between IMT and customer signing the contract.If the customer exceeds the agreed payment period or if he stops payments, all claims are due immediately. The customer is not entitled to withhold payments because of complaints or defects or to offset counterclaims.

Shipping conditionsOur goods are carefully packaged according to the industry practice usance and travel at the risk of the recipient. Each risk is transferred to the customer when the goods leave our warehouse or are made available to the buyer at our warehouse. A transport insurance is foreseen only if especially requested by the customer.

Delivery timesThe agreed delivery dates will be met where possible.However, IMT is released from any liability for the consequences of delay due to any mishap occurring during fabrication as well as cases of ‘force majeure’ or strikes. A delay in delivery does not entitle to claim for compensation or to cancel the order. If the customer is in default with his obligations to us, we are entitled to withhold deliveries.

ClaimsComplaints about weight, quantity or quality of the delivered goods must be notifi ed within 8 days from receipt of the consignment.Any defect or hidden defects in the quality of the goods that the purchaser may fi nd at a later stage, but before the expiry of two years from the billing date, must be promptly notifi ed , yet no later than 8 days following discovery of the defect. In any case, the complaint must be made by registered letter.

Warranty and LiabilityThe warranty for proven design, manufacturing and material defects in the products we manufacture is 2 years from date of production. Foreign products are subject to the warranty regulations of the manufacturer. For defective products we offer repairs or replacement at our discretion. Any further liability for damages or other claims of any kind, including lost profi ts and other direct or indirect damages are expressly excluded. Excluded from warranty are damages that are caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation or handling, excessive use, or exposure to aggressive or hard water, corrosive residues from the system, or chemicals from water treatment. Where changes are made in our products, parts are replaced or added, foreign bodies are used, or our specifi c guidelines such as installation, operation and maintenance instructions are not followed, warranty does not apply.

Limitation of LiabilityIn a warranty case, we do not assume any liability for contractual and extra-contractual claims, which exceed the circumscribed services specifi ed in section “Warranty and Liability”.Mandatory provisions of law are reserved. The customer agrees to exclude liability claims of warranty toward the buyer, as well as other contractual and non-contractual claims within the legal possibilities and with validity for us. The customer has to notify us immediately about all those claims, which an ultimate buyer with the warranty for our products substantiates or could substantiate. The customer is not entitled to recognize a liability for warranty at our expense or to transfer any warranty claim to third parties.

ReturnsReturns that are not due to incorrect delivery from our part, require the prior agreement made with us and are subject to a deduction for the reimbursement of at least 20% of the total amount of the goods. Goods that should be sent without prior authorization will be sent back to purchaser.

Reservation of titleThe delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.If the customer resells the goods, he transfers all claims deriving from the contract of resale automatically to us.If for the validity substantiation of the reservation of title or for the transfer of claims other arrangements are required, as for instance an incorporation or a written single assignment, the customer agrees to fulfi l them on our fi rst request. In particular, with his order the customer authorizes us to register him on any Property Register.

Performance, jurisdiction and applicable lawPlace of performance for any liabilities contained in the contract and place of jurisdiction for both parties is CH 9434 Au (Canton of St. Gallen), Switzerland.We are also entitled to sue the customer at his own place. In other respects the contract is subject to the provisions of the Swiss law, to the exclusion of the Vienna Sales Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).

ALLGEMEINE VERKAUFS- UND LIEFERBEDINGUNGEN

Allgemeine VerbindlichkeitDie nachfolgenden Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen sind für alle Angebote, Verträge, Lieferungen und sonstige Leistungen unsererseits ausschliesslich massgebend, auch wenn der Kunde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vorschreibt oder sich die Anwendung von eigenen Allgemeinen Einkaufsbedingungen vorbehält. Mit der Erteilung der Bestellung verpfl ichtet sich der Kunde zur vollumfänglichen Einhaltung dieser Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen. Abweichungen hiervon bedürfen unserer ausdrücklichen schriftlichen Bestätigung vor der Vornahme der Lieferung. Die in den Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen enthaltenen gegenseitigen Verpfl ichtungen beginnen mit dem Datum unserer Auftragsbestätigung. Vorbehalten bleiben besondere schriftliche Vereinbarungen. Diese Allgemeinen Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen können durch uns jederzeit einseitig und ohne Rücksprache mit dem Kunden abgeändert werden.

Angebot und VertragsabschlussSämtliche Angebote sowie Katalogangaben, einschliesslich Masse und Abbildungen, sind stets freibleibend und unverbindlich. Technische Änderungen in Konstruktion, Form, Material, etc. behalten wir uns ausdrücklich vor. Verträge kommen erst durch unsere schriftliche Auftragsbestätigung, oder falls eine solche fehlt, mit der Rechnung oder Lieferung zustande. Mündliche oder telefonische Vereinbarungen sind nur dann verbindlich, wenn sie durch uns schriftlich bestätigt werden. Einmal erteilte Bestellungen sind unwiderrufl ich.

SchutzrechteWerden durch die Herstellung und Lieferung von Spezialartikeln nach Zeichnungen, Skizzen, Mustern oder Angaben des Bestellers fremde Patent-, Muster- oder Markenrechte verletzt, hat der Kunde jeden uns daraus entstehenden Schaden zu tragen und uns den dadurch entgangenen Gewinn zu ersetzen. Sämtliche Zeichnungen, technischen Beschreibungen, Montage-, Bedienungs- und Wartungsanweisungen und sonstige Unterlagen sind unser Eigentum und dürfen ohne unsere schriftliche Zustimmung weder kopiert, vervielfältigt, noch Dritten zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Muster und Zeichnungen bleiben unser Eigentum, auch wenn der Kunde die Kosten dafür ganz oder teilweise trägt.

LiefermengeDie Firma IMT behält sich vor, Unter- und Überlieferungen bis zu 10% durchzuführen.

PreiseAlle in unserer Liste aufgeführten Preise verstehen sich als Endverbraucherpreise in Euro per Stück, ohne Mehrwertsteuer, inkl. Verpackung. Nicht inbegriffen sind Kleinmengenzuschläge, Versicherungs-, sowie Express- und Eilgutgebühren. Preisänderungen bleiben stets vorbehalten.

ZahlungsbedingungenZahlungsbedingungen werden zwischen IMT und Kunden beim Vertragsabschluss vereinbart. Überschreitet der Kunde die vereinbarte Zahlungsfrist oder stellt er seine Zahlungen ein, werden alle Forderungen sofort fällig. Der Kunde ist nicht berechtigt, wegen Beanstandungen oder Mängelrügen Zahlungen zurückzuhalten oder Gegenforderungen zu verrechnen.

VersandUnsere Waren werden nach branchenüblicher Usanz sorgfältig verpackt und reisen auf Gefahr des Empfängers. Jede Gefahr geht auf den Kunden über, wenn die Ware unser Lager verlässt oder dem Besteller in unserem Lager zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Der Abschluss einer Transportversicherung erfolgt nur auf ausdrückliche Anweisung und auf Rechnung des Kunden.

LieferfristenDie vereinbarten Lieferfristen werden nach Möglichkeit eingehalten. Dagegen entbinden uns Missgeschicksfälle bei der Fabrikation sowie Fälle höherer Gewalt oder Streiks jeder Haftung für die Folgen der Verspätung. Eine Verspätung in der Ablieferung berechtigt nicht zur Schadenersatzforderung oder zur Annullierung der Bestellung. Ist der Kunde mit seinen Verpfl ichtungen uns gegenüber im Verzug, sind wir berechtigt, Lieferungen zurückzubehalten.

MängelrügenMängelrügen über Gewicht, Stückzahl oder Beschaffenheit der gelieferten Waren sind innert 8 Tagen nach Erhalt der Sendung anzubringen. Allfällige später, aber noch vor Ablauf von zwei Jahren ab Fakturadatum auftretende oder verdeckte Mängel in der Beschaffenheit der Ware sind uns unverzüglich, jedoch spätestens innert 8 Tagen nach Feststellung des Mangels anzuzeigen. In jedem Fall hat die Mängelrüge mit eingeschriebenem Brief zu erfolgen.

Gewährleistung und HaftungDie Gewährleistung für nachweisbare Konstruktions-, Herstellungs- undMaterialfehler an den von uns hergestellten Produkten beträgt 2 Jahre ab Produktionsdatum. Für Fremderzeugnisse gelten die Gewährleistungsbestimmungen des entsprechenden Herstellers. Für fehlerhafte Produkte gewähren wir Instandstellung oder Ersatz nach unserer Wahl. Jede darüber hinausgehende Haftung für Schadenersatz oder andere Ansprüche irgendwelcher Art, auch für entgangenen Gewinn und andere direkte oder indirekte Folgeschäden, sind ausdrücklich wegbedungen. Ausgenommen von der Gewährleistung sind Schäden, welche auf natürliche Abnützung, unsachgemässe Montage oder Behandlung, zu grosse Inanspruchnahme, oder Einwirkung von aggressivem oder kalkhaltigem Wasser, korrosiven Rückständen aus dem Leitungssystem oder chemischen Produkten von der Wasserbehandlung zurückzuführen sind. Werden Änderungen an unseren Produkten vorgenommen, Teile ausgewechselt oder hinzugefügt, Fremdteile verwendet oder unsere speziellen Vorschriften wie z.B. Montage-, Betriebs- und Wartungsanweisungen nicht befolgt, entfällt jede Gewährleistung.

HaftungsbeschränkungIm Gewährleistungsfall übernehmen wir keinerlei Haftung für vertragliche und ausservertragliche Ansprüche, die über die im vorstehenden Abschnitt “Gewährleistung und Haftung” umschriebenen Leistungen hinausgehen. Vorbehalten bleiben zwingende gesetzliche Bestimmungen. Der Kunde verpfl ichtet sich, gegenüber seinem Abnehmer Haftungsansprüche aus Gewährleistung sowie weitere vertragliche und ausservertragliche Ansprüche im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Möglichkeiten und mit Gültigkeit auch für uns auszuschliessen. Der Kunde hat uns über sämtliche Ansprüche, welche ein Endabnehmer mit der Gewährleistung für unsere Produkte begründet oder damit begründen könnte, unverzüglich zu benachrichtigen. Der Kunde ist keinesfalls berechtigt, eine Haftung aus Gewährleistung zu unseren Lasten anzuerkennen oder Gewährleistungsansprüche an Dritte abzutreten.

RetourenRücksendungen, die nicht auf falsche Lieferung unsererseits zurückzuführen sind, bedürfen der vorgängig erfolgten Absprache mit uns und unterliegen einem Abzug für Umtriebe von mindestens 20% des Rechnungsbetrages. Ohne unsere Zustimmung zurückgesandte Waren gehen an den Absender zurück und gelten als nicht angenommen.

EigentumsvorbehaltDie gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum. Veräussert der Kunde die Ware weiter, tritt er seine Forderungen aus dem Weiterveräusserungsverkauf automatisch an uns ab. Falls für die rechtsgültige Begründung des Eigentumsvorbehaltes oder für die Abtretung der Forderungen weitere Vorkehrungen wie z.B. Registereintrag oder schriftliche Einzelabtretung erforderlich sind, verpfl ichtet sich der Kunde, diese auf unser erstes Verlangen zu erfüllen. Insbesondere gibt uns der Kunde mit der Bestellung seine Ermächtigung zur Anmeldung und Eintragung in einem allfälligen Eigentumsregister.

Erfüllungsort, Gerichtsstand und anwendbares RechtErfüllungsort für alle sich aus dem Vertrag ergebenden Verbindlichkeiten sowie Gerichtsstand für beide Parteien ist CH 9434 Au (Kanton St.Gallen). Wir sind jedoch auch berechtigt, am Sitz des Bestellers zu klagen. Im übrigen unterliegt das Vertragsverhältnis den Bestimmungen des schweizerischen Rechtes, unter Ausschluss des Wiener Kaufrechtes (Übereinkommen der Vereinten Nationen über Verträge über den internationalen Warenverkauf).
