“My life is very busy. I’m a full-time employee and full-time parent and this program had the flexibility that I needed to meet my day-to-day obligations, as well as my career objectives.

Before I completed the certificate I was managing projects without specific structure to the process. It’s like baking a cake without following the recipe – you might get a cake that tastes good, but if you follow the recipe, you’ll get a cake that tastes better. I learned how to apply meaningful, real-world structure, which provided additional value to the way we work.

I would absolutely recommend the online courses at SCE to anyone who has full-time commitments. The program is flexible and accommodating, and

I felt like I was getting what I needed out

of it to meet my educational goals.”
