    Traineeships are usually in non-rade areas such

    regisered raining organisaion or in he

    based. This means you can complee your

    posiion, you or your employer conacs an

    Ausralian Appreniceships Cenre wihin

    21 days o you saring work o organise he

    signing o your raining conrac. This is

    required by law o proec your righs and

    hose o he employer.

    A raining conrac is a legally binding conrac

    beween you, your employer and your paren/

    carer (where required). Your raining conrac is

    or a nominal erm which is he expeced ime i

    will ake you o complee your appreniceship/
