THOMAS S. WILLIAMS – CEOA proven results oriented senior business leader with a solid 25+ year record of building and growing successful businesses based on focused relationship management, strong profit and loss experience and a passionate desire contributing to the organization's overall strategies and success. Tom has provided end to end solutions for companies in the US and UK financial services industry. Tom brings a wealth of call centre experience, with previous work assignments for IBM Global Services, Dell Financial and Citibank. He is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the company.

Mr. Williams is a graduate of Ferris State University and holds a degree in Business Administration – Marketing.

RUCHELLE WILLIAMS- VP-Operations and Marketing

Tzhelle is broadly trained, resourceful and results-focused management professional. She offers more than 15 years of experience in a senior leadership level for several start- up, early stage growth, and global operations companies. Recognized for ability to incorporate innovative management techniques, system, processes, and procedures to enhance business practices, increase productivity, and boost revenues. Ms. Williams’ experience in the global marketing arena is surely an advantage to TSW. She is responsible for the Sales and Marketing of the contact center.

ERLYN RAMOS – VP Client ServicesErlyn Mae is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. She oversees all areas of client services, program implementation and customer support. Ms. Hinojas brings a solid 10+ years in the BPO and RPO industry and an extensive background spread across sales, marketing, operations, client service and call center management experience to the company. She is also an experienced Senior Executive US Recruiter with entrepreneurship background who can associate with all levels of management. With solid track record in account management, business development, and project management in competitive and technologically advanced markets. PAUL LAMBIO – VP of Information TechnologyPaul is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the company’s IT backbone and overseeing the delivery and execution of the company's IT infrastructure management and services. Paul has 12+ years of experience in the Information Technology for both systems administration and network operations. This includes extensive exposure to the management and operations for both the telecom and IT industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Far Eastern University in Manila.

DIEGO JOSE RAMOS- Director for Talent Acquisition and Global Business Development

Diego is responsible for Talent Acquisition architecture and executive management training of business centers. He has multi industry Channel and Relationship Management experience for 15 years with mastery in the areas of Start up Operations, Sales, Marketing and Training and Process Improvement. Demonstrated strong ability to develop and deliver start-up strategies, small to medium scale end to end Management delivery transformation of cost centers into profit using Human capital and Management relationship methodology.

He is also an experienced Executive Technical Recruiter in the US and has recently built a successful sales team from ground level up to senior managers for BPO centers in the Philippines.
