    Seeing them only as assets tothe business, and not people(not seeing them as people)

    Solution:Initiateoneononemeetings.Gettoknowthemaspeopleandhelpdevelopthemtobethebesttheycanbe.

    Not respecting or valuing them,their thoughts, and contributions

    Solution:youemployedthembecauseyoubelievedtheyhadsomethingtocontributetoyourbusinesssofollowthroughwiththat.
