THERMOMASS CO 2 DESCRIPTION: Thermomass CO2 is an exothermic mass. USE: In a mixer we add 4 – 6 % of sodium silicate and 2 % of water to Thermomass. The mixture must be stirred up. From this mixture feeders are produced. They must be blown through by CO2 - gas and dried in the air or in the kiln up to 250 0 C. PROPERTIES: Bulk density: 1450 – 1600 g/l Moisture: under 1.0 % Caloric value: 9500 KJ/kg STORAGE AND PACKING: Thermomass CO2 should be stored in places far from heat sources. It should not be exposed to the moisture. Packing in PVC sacs in agreement with the customer. Warning!
