Valletta Cruise Port is the cruise and ferry terminal operator in Valletta, Malta. Situated in the central part of the Croatian coast Zadar Cruise Port is a historical centre of the Dalmatian coast. With a modern highway network and proximity to the airport, Zadar Cruise Port is an ideal Adriatic port for both transit and turnaround operations. Zadar Cruise Port serves cruise ship passengers as well as international ferry, Ro-Ro and vehicles. The cruise ports infrastructure includes a maximum draft of 13m and 1170m of total pier length, accommodating ships of any sizes. In 2017, Zadar welcomed 137k passengers, with scheduled calls for 2018 suggesting that this will grow to close to 150k passengers.

Global Run is a race organized by Global Ports Holding (GPH) every year with the hope of bringing the world one step closer to peace and understanding. GPH has witnessed how critical travel is to bringing different cultures together. And we have seen first-hand how powerful this can be.

Likewise, the Global Run unites people from all over the world to come together and run for a common cause. It is held in a different GPH port every year to promote people traveling to different countries and getting to know new cultures, surroundings, and a variety of local flavors. Thus far, the Global Run has been held in Bodrum, Turkey; Bar/Kotor, Montenegro; Valletta,Malta; Ravenna, Italy and Havana, Cuba. The intention is to take the run to all of GPH’s 15 cruise ports around the world. GPH is committed to promoting peace, tolerance and understanding in today’s ever-globalizing world. We know it is only a small step towards increasing tolerance but that it will eventually contribute to world peace. And that is what the world needs...
