Cassandra Mack, MSW, is a life coach, a trained social worker and a highly respected speaker who is prominent within the Social Services arena. Some of the organizations she has worked with include: FEGS, Civil Service Employees Union, The Archdiocese Drug Prevention Program, Catholic Charities, The Fund for the City of New York, Good Shepherd Services, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Texas Network of Youth Services, The National Resource Center for Youth Services, Harlem Children Zone, Urban Leadership Institute, Kean University, NYC Administration of Children’s Services, Children’s Aid Society, Connecticut State Department of Family and Children's Services, North General Hospital and JP Morgan Chase.

Cassandra Mack is the CEO of Strategies for Empowered Living Inc., a personal development company that offers workshops, coaching programs and resources to help people accelerate their path to success and develop personal mastery over their own lives. Cassandra is also the founder of, Grab A Girlfriend and Go, a

movement with a mission to empower women to live their dreams, pursue their purpose and create meaningful connections with other women through innovative workshops, online communities, impactful coaching programs and Girls Night Out themed events.

THE EPISTLE

Philippians 3:4b-14 Paul declares t hat t he great est riches of t h is w orld are so m uch

rubbish com pared t o life in Christ .

A reading from the Letter of Paul to the Philippians: If anyone else has reason t o be conf ident in t he f lesh, I have

m ore: circum cised on t he eight h day, a m em ber of t he people of

Israel, o f t he t r ibe of Benjam in, a Hebrew born of Hebrew s; as t o

t he law , a Phar isee; as t o zeal, a persecut or of t h e church; as t o

r ight eousness under t he law , b lam eless.

Yet w hat ever gains I had, t hese I have com e t o regard as loss

because of Chr ist . More t han t hat , I regard everyt h ing as loss

because of t he surpassing value of know ing Chr ist Jesus m y Lord.
