• Natural phenomenon is a situation that isn’t caused by human’s action but caused because of nature. It is usually caused by the Earth’s rotation and revolution.

• So, that means that natural phenomenon is caused by natural reasons.

• Sundogs are natural phenomenon's, caused by ice crystal and light refraction (light when curled or shaped as an arch).They look like light that is circling the Sun.

• A 22 degree halo, the most frequent of the ice Halos. When the sun is further they can’t be seen clearly. They look like 2 shining posts on 2 sides in the line of the Sun’s disc. If the right kind of clouds or ice crystals are on both sides, it’ll appear on both sides.

• When the Sun passes through flat ice crystals. Then Sundogs are form. Sun dogs look like 2 guards guarding the sun or circling the Sun. the colors are usually the colors from the rainbow.

• In the polar areas or in the places that has cold air, sundogs and other halos are created by ice

crystals floating in the air.

• Sundogs appear mostly in January, April, August and October. The sun is clearly seen when the sun is below. It usually or happen mostly at sunset or sunrise. Sundogs are hard to see when it’s further away from the Sun.
