● Features: - sentiment analysis- frequency of use- 2 visualizations of content w.r.t. popularity & sentiment- sentiment: bubble chart- popularity: graph on timeline

● Accessibility (e.g. text-based, cross-platform)

● Wide reach (many-to-many communication)
