Terminology• Distributor

– A ListenChannel Distributor is an independent contractor who sells music, enlists other people to sell music through the ListenChannel platform.

• Customer– A person who buys music from a ListenChannel Distributor.

• Artist– These are the people who are selling their audio content

on ListenChannel. In addition to musicians, this can also include spoken word, audio books, etc.

Terminology• Audio Content

– Audio content includes music, audio books, spoken word and any other material that is available as an mp3.

• Genre– Categories of music or other audio content. Americana,

Classical, Country, Folk, Hip Hop, Rock, Spoken Word, are all different genres.

• mp3– A means of compressing a sound sequence into a very

small file, to enable digital storage and transmission. We provide all music in an mp3 format for download.

A&R Compensation

• Sign up artists– They sell audio content on ListenChannel

– You get paid ½% (based on retail) of everything that they sell from their site or any distributor site.

• Sign up distributors or artists who sign up artists.

• You get paid up to 4 generations.

A&R Compensation – Artists and Repertoire Compensation: The

commissions received by a distributor for signing up Artists when they sell music or other audio content. Each time a track, album, or EP is sold, the distributor that signed them up receive an “A&R Comp.”

Primary Matrix

• The primary matrix is based on a 3x9 forced matrix.

– You earn a 2% override on the commissionable volume on everyone in your Primary Matrix up to your level of commissionable volume.

on a 3x9 forced matrix.• These positions are filled by

you, your up-line and down-line.

• You have three people directly below you and each of those positions have 3 people directly below them until we reach 9 levels deep.

• A completely filled matrix contains 29,523 positions.

Primary Matrix

• This matrix shows you (in blue), your sponsor (in green) and their sponsor (in orange).

• As you are signing up distributors, so are the people in your up-line.

• Your matrix will be filled up with people that were signed up by others. – In addition to you recruiting

distributors and musicians, the people that you sign up will be recruiting people and your up-line will be filling in your matrix as well.

Earning Potential

Generational Matrix

• You get paid an override of ½ percent on everyone you sponsor, everyone they sponsor, everyone they sponsor and everyone they sponsor (4 generations).

• This override is based on each of these people’s entire primary matrix. You get paid up to the level of your commissionable volume.

Generational MatrixExample:

You sponsor 5 people (5)They each sponsor five people (5*5=25)They each sponsor five people (5*5*5 = 125)They each sponsor five people (5*5*5*5 = 625)

You get paid ½% on each of these 625 distributor’s primary matrix.

The primary matrix is being filled by you, your up-line and your down-line so the number of distributors in your primary matrix may be considerably larger than the number of people in your generational matrix.

If one of your distributors has 500 people in their primary matrix and all of their distributors have $10 in Commissionable Volume, (and you have at least $10 in commissionable volume), you would get paid a commission of 500 * 10.00 * ½% or $25.00 on that one distributor. According to this scenario, you have another 624 people that you will get paid on.
