• F551 – Industry Analysis*

– A Fall-scheduled prep class for F550 (Reese Fund) focusing on Sector/Industry analysis. Investment Management Academy (IMA) students hone their expertise and detailed understanding of the drivers, metrics, and valuation of the Sector they’ll cover for the Reese Fund. This course is required for IMA students.

• F550 – Reese Fund*

– A Spring-scheduled applied stock selection course, and the capstone to the IMA program. Based on industries assigned in F551, students identify, research, and analyze a security, write a full report, then pitch the security to the Reese Fund Board of Directors for inclusion in a live portfolio. This course is required for IMA students.

Academy courses

• F560 – Value Fund*

– A Fall-scheduled applied stock selection course. Using Graham & Dodd “value” fundamental analysis tools, students identify, research, and analyze a security, write a full report, then pitch the security for inclusion in a live portfolio. Frequent speakers by value-style portfolio managers.

• F579 – Private Wealth Management

– A Spring-scheduled course focusing on the various business models, skills required, and professional opportunities in the area of Private Wealth Management. Through a combination of lectures, industry speakers, and current topical reading, this growing area is explored in detail.
