1. Pursuant to the Nalional Office Memorandum No. 42, s. 2020, which stipulates the Guidelinesin the conduct oi regular scouting programs, proj€cts and activities during Covid-1g GlobalPandemie as the "flEly iroRltAL" situation classified under the GcO, ECQ and MECQ, thsQuezon Council, BSP is pleased lo announce lhe conduct of Virtual B€sic Training Course forKawan and Troop Leaders on October 23 - 24, 2020 via goggle meet( https;//meet.qooqle.com/zuc-rhiz-osr )
2 Scouting movement is considered a learning organization. An organizalion vrhich hongsindividuals' innate capabilities. Thus, Quezon Council, BSP establishes a virtual training /confersnces for the groMh and development of adult leaders. This virtual training aims to:
a. Produce a well-trained, task-oriented, selfdirected, motivatsd, and educated adultleaders who will serve as the principal component in lhe realization of scouting ideals.
b. Familiarize the recent changes and development in the areas of youth program.c. Acquire vast knowledge on how to keep scouts safe and cope to the 'NEW
NORMAL',
3. This virtual training is open to all Registered Langkay and Kawan Leaders; Troop Leaders, andother potential Unit Leaders.
4. Participants should undergo an online pre-registralion until Octob€r 12, 2020 rvith maximum of40 participants and 15 Training Staff only per course. Acceptance shall be on the "FIRSTCOME - FIRST SERVED" basis. Click link below
