Crisp and aromatic using wild highland botanicals bog myrtle, dandelion & apple. Caorunn is vaporised in the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber, originally used for extracting oils for perfume. Place: Scotland Master distiller: Simon Buley Perfect serve: Slices of apple

Copperhead Price: £5.50 ABV: 40%

Named after Mr. Copperhead, an alchemist on the search for the elixir of life, who quite by chance made this refreshing gin! Citrus and cardamom are the main flavours with a sweet juniper taste to finish. Place: BelgiumPerfect serve: Orange zest & coriander

Bulldog Price: £4.40 ABV:40% London dry

Exotic botanicals such as dragon eye, lotus leaves and white poppy create a slightly spicy taste with a warm, floral finish. The bottle is inspired by Winston Churchill and his “British Bulldog Spirit”. Place: Warrington, UK Perfect serve: Star anise/ apple

Daffys Price: £4.50 ABV: 43.4% Fresh

Named after Daffy, the goddess of gin, written about in the 1700s and depicted on the bottle. Daffys has a soft earthy spice moving into bright citrus notes, finished off with a refreshing taste from the Lebanese mint used as a botanical. Place: ScotlandPerfect serve: Mint sprig

Cream Gin Price: £4.80 ABV: 40%

Inspired by the gin palaces of the 18th century where cream and sugar were mixed with gin for a more palatable taste, Cream Gin is cold distilled with fresh cream for a smokey vanilla taste with a hint of citrus. Place: England Perfect serve: Strawberries

Fifty Pounds Price: £4.60 ABV: 43.5% London dry

A secret recipe handed down through generations, created at the time of the Gin Act of 1736, where the price to legally distill gin was £50. It has a strong citrus flavour with a peppery juniper finish. Place: London Perfect serve: Orange peel & a lemon slice

FEW Barrel Aged Price: £5.40

ABV: 46.5% Smokey

Heavy with juniper and citrus, which gives in to a smooth smokey flavour with a sweet spice. This bourbon like gin is aged in oak barrels to give its distinct flavour.Place: Illinois, USA Master distiller: Paul Hletko Perfect serve: Lemon & mint

Forest Price: £4.80 ABV: 42%

A small, family run business with many of the berries and botanicals being foraged by the family and their daughter. It tastes fragrant and earthy due to fresh moss being used, with added fruity notes from the wild berries.Place: Macclesfield, UKMaster distiller: Karl Bond Staff serve: Mango & rosemary

Gin Mare Price: £4.80 ABV: 42.7% Savoury & herbal

Beginning with a citrus base Gin Mare uses various mediterranean herbs such as olive, rosemary and thyme to de-liver a savoury taste of sunshine. The citrus fruits; sweet oranges from Seville, bitter oranges from Valencia and lemons from Lleida are macerated for an entire year before being used to create the gin. Gin Sul Price: £4.80 ABV: 43% Dry

Citrusy and fresh, with a floral finish Gin Sul was inspired by a trip to Portugal, this gin uses many Mediterranean botanicals including laudanum.Place: Hamburg, Germany Perfect serve: Lemon peel

Hendricks Price: £4.50 ABV: 44% FreshTwo separate stills are used to create this gin, the liquids are combined and then rose and cucumber essence are added after distillation for a stronger, refreshing taste. Place: ScotlandPerfect serve: Cucumber

Haymans Old Tom Price: £4.20 ABV: 40%

Classic tastes of juniper and coriander, sweetened with liquorice root. A family run business, Haymans have been producing gin for over 150 years, distilling alcohol for medicinal purposes during WWII was so important that members of the family were not allowed to sign up. King of Soho Price: £4.60 ABV: 42% London dry

Created as a homage to the original ‘King of Soho’ – Paul Raymond this classic London dry has mainly juniper and pine flavours with a soft citrus undertone. Place: London, UK Perfect serve: Grapefruit

Leopold’s Price: £4.80 ABV: 40% CitrusEarthy vanilla and pine develop into a floral, mostly citrus flavour in this gin. Leopold’s do not use a neutral grain spirit as their base, they separately distill wheat, potato & barley into a blended base. Place: Denver, USAMaster distiller: Todd Leopold

Martin Millers Price: £4.20 ABV: 40%

Created by Martin Miller who was fed up of mediocre gins, this ‘modern classic’ is transported to Iceland after distillation where the gin is blended with water from a spring drawn from the depths of the basalt mountains. Mombasa Club Price: £4.40 ABV: 41.5% Dry

Juniper led with woody spice notes, followed by sweet liquorice with a peppery finish. Formed in 1885 The Mombasa Club was a place for Englishmen working for the Imperial East Africa Company to swap stories of their travels over a G&T. Monkey 47 Sloe Gin Price: 4.80 ABV: 47%Tangy and sweet with berries, ending in a nutty, earthy taste. Place: GermanyPerfect serve: Berries

Monkey 47 Price: £4.80 ABV: 47% Dry

Hugely complex gin from the Black Forest. It has a strong juniper taste with a sweet tang of citrus and earthy berries. Named after the 47 botanicals that the gin uses. Place: Germany Perfect serve: Grapefruit

Plymouth Navy Strength Price: £4.80 ABV: 57%

Drunk by the Royal Navy in the Napoleonic wars, Plymouth was poured onto gun powder and set alight, if the gunpowder still burnt, the gin was deemed strong enough to bring on board. Made in the oldest working distillery in England this gin is fresh with juniper with an aromatic earthiness from the coriander and cardamom botanicals. Ophir Price: £4.20 ABV: 40% Spiced

Sipsmiths Price:£4.40 ABV:41.6% London dry

The swan on the label is a nod to the swan neck pipe of the copper still in which the gin is made, the first working in London for over 180 years. The gin is dry with a fresh, zesty citrus flavour that is balanced perfectly. Sacred Cardamom Price: £4.60 ABV: 43.8% Spiced

St. George Terroir Price: £4.60 ABV: 45% DryThe St. George Spirit Company began as a few tasting tables on sawhorses, now it is a 65,000 square foot hangar. This gin has a dry woody flavour due to Douglas fir, sage and laurel which is balanced by a subtle citrus element. Thomas Dakin Price: £4.60 ABV: 42% Savoury

Dakin based his distillery on the trade route between Manchester and Liverpool. The horseradish botanical comes from the red cole liqueur that tradesmen would drink to keep them going on their journeys. Red cole, otherwise known as horseradish is the main botanical in this gin giving a distinctly savoury flavour with sweet undertones.Place: UKMaster distiller: Joanne Moore Perfect serve: Orange slice

VL92 Price: £5 ABV: 41.7%The VL92 was an old ship that was used to bring jenever to Britain, and is now used to bring VL92 to you today. Juniper led but with an earthy, soft spice. Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Price: £4.40 ABV: 44% Dry Founded by friends Tom Warner and Sion Edwards & made on their farm in a 200 year old converted barn. Warner Edwards Sloe Price: £4.40 ABV: 30%A very rich, deep flavour of sloe with a hint of spice Sloe berries are macerated in their Harrington Dry, the berries are removed but redistilled to extract the absorbed alcohol.Perfect serve: Berries

Blended with Harrington Dry, elderflower and a little sugar make this a sweet, floral, summery gin which can only be made once a year. The elderflower that is used is handpicked from the Warner Edwards farm.Perfect serve: Cucumber & lime

Warner Edwards Rhubarb Price: £4.40 ABV: 40% SweetMade using a crop of rhubarb originally grown in Queen Vic-toria’s garden at Buckingham Palace. The rhubarb is squeezed through a cider press and blended with Harrington Dry, to create a warm spice with a strong, sweet rhubarb flavour. Perfect serve: Ginger/ raspberries

West Winds Sabre Price: £4.40 ABV: 40% DryStrong with a balance of citrus and juniper, using Australian botanicals such as lemon myrtle and wattle seed West Winds nod to a traditional London Dry whilst creating something truly aussie.Place: Australia Perfect serve: Lemon

West Winds Broadside Price: £6.20 ABV: 58%
