New Delhi, the 29th October 1860

S.O. 2644.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 809 ofthe Constitution, the President is pleased to make the following rules further toamend the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 1960 published with theMinistry of Finance Notification No. 12(I)-Est(Spl)/59, dated the 2nd August,1960, namely:—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay)Sixth Amendment Rules, 1960.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July,1959.

2. In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 1960,in part 'B',—
