•Higher Ed Act Reauthorization could affect student loan borrowers• Federal Student Loan Refinancing Act will raise the loan
interest rates above 4%.• Protect Student Borrowers Act will help prevent
student loan delinquency and default prevention.• Simplifying Access to Student Loan Information Act will
be a 5 year pilot program for decreasing default.

• Student Loan Borrower Bill of Rights will extend many of the disclosures currently required on federal education loans to private student loans.• Student Loan Fair Prepayment Act will change how
repayments are applied.

• The shift from traditional setting to non-traditional.• Increased baby boomers means increased enrollments.• Students will spend a semester at a university, then do
online work(hybrid program) and then receive education through another system and eventually, resulting in the end that one of them will grant that student a certificate.• Changes to technology means pushing more towards
virtual classes.

increase of circulation from both the adults as well as the states.•With budget constraints, education has been affected
immensely where there has been a huge turnover rate for educator.
