Frumos Municipality •We sign a “Contract Concesiune” for 40 years •All permits and authorizations from the beginning •Procedure run rather smooth •Just before construction EON ask for a revise in connection contract. A new special transformer requested that was available only in Germany. 3 weeks delivery time.
