1. PREPARATION STAGE OF THE PROJECT
This field of activity includes different management and execution teams reporting to the “Project Coordination Committee”, such as “Project Activity Group Coordinators” and Secretariat.
Project Coordination Committee: Is responsible for planning and execution of all the activities within the scope of the Project, carrying out the cooperation with partners, establishing collaboration between the coordinators, and for enabling communication with the institutions and organizations to be worked.
Project Consulting Committee: This committee is composed of project coordinator, secretary, officials of the partner institutions and organizations responsible for the project. This committee will take decisions to this effect being responsible for carrying out the activities focused on the project.

Fixing the Target Group:
The target group of the project is a totally 60 people;
20 of which are from the members of the Isparta CCI ,
5 of which are from Isparta Commodity Exchange,
5 of which are the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Yalvaç,
30 of which are the members of other institutions from Isparta.

2. VISITING ESTABLISHMENT TO KEEP TRACK OF THE RECENT IMPROVEMENTS IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE-CAPACITY BUILDING AND CURRENT PROCEDURES
In the content of this activity, the mutual visiting activities will be done to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of export-import in EU and Turkey. It is planned to stay abroad for 5 days for the visits of the enterprises in each partner Chamber. The possibility of mutual information and application procedures share and the suitability of the pilot region for the training of the participants are the factors which are taken into consideration during the partner selection.

3. TRAINING ACTIVITIES TO ENLIGHTEN THE SME’s ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND THE PROCEDURES IN BETWEEN EU AND ISPARTA TO STRENGTHEN COOPERATION
3.1. TRAINING OF TRAINERS and KNOW-HOW TRANSFER
Explained visits in the second activity, will be managed according to the training programme prepared by the hosting partner and it will be composed of theoretical and practical trainings on the economy, culture, industry and trade, important products and external trade procedures of the partner country in concern. The trainers will compile all the information and experience they acquired into a single report. This report will be sent all the partners. Moreover, trainers visiting each partner country will carry over the acquisitions they attained to the target group through the training that will be performed in Isparta.

3.2. FOREIGN TRADE
Trade has always been the major force behind the economic relations among nations. Foreign trade leads to more efficient and increased world production, thus allowing countries (and individuals) to consume a larger and more diverse bundle of goods. Foreign trade helps the developing countries to exchange domestic goods having low growth potential for foreign goods with high growth potential like machinery, capital goods, essential raw material etc.
With these courses, SMEs in Isparta will be provided to act in most proper conditions in the issue of export and import. With this education our target group will improve their competitive position in the national and global market economies.

3.3. ENTREPRENEURSHIP Ofcourse entrepreneurship education is a longlife learning process. But we will do an education about this topic for 36 hours.
Participants will have progressively more challenging educational activities; experiences that will enable them to develop the insight needed to discover and create entrepreneurial opportunities; and the expertise to successfully start and manage their own businesses to take advantage of these opportunities.

3.4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN FOREIGN TRADE

4. PROJECT PUBLICITY and STUDIES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONNECTION and DIALOGUE
The objective of the project is to strengthen cooperation in between EU and Turkey to carry on mutual commerce, capacity building and provide the infrastructure for their investment and continuous trade.
Three Seminar will be arranged. One of these seminars will be organised, which involving all beneficiaries, the wider Turkish Chamber network, other stakeholders and authorized from each partner; present results will be achieved, will discuss economic framework of EU-Turkish relations.
We will establish a web portal to be good communication between our participants
Better understanding of EU with its policies, rules and standards

5. CLOSING ACTIVITIES AND PREPARATION OF FINAL REPORT
After the project completed the following items will be determined and a final report will be prepared:

EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT ARE:• Development of a sustainable dialogue between Turkish and European Chambers
• Strengthened Chambers’ mutual knowledge and long-term collaboration
• Increasing the export and import in addition this increasing the income of the SME's
• Strengthening the relationship among The Isparta Chambers and EU Chambers
• Enhancing abilities of Turkish Chambers to design and generate value added services to their members
