Sanctuary Lamp Memorial
The Sanctuary Lamp is the candle burning near the tabernacle which signals Jesus’ Eucharistic
Presence in the tabernacle. The Sanctuary Lamp burns constantly, 24 hours a day!
If you would like to “sponsor” the burning of the Sanctuary Lamp at St. Theresa or St. Mary
in memory of a loved one, please contact the parish office.

Cleanup Day at St. Mary's
On Tuesday, August 7, starting at 9:00 a.m., following the morning 8:30 Mass, we are
assembling a team to follow up the initial clean-up day that took place in May. There is a lot of cleaning necessary at the rectory, and in the barn loft. A dumpster will be necessary, as it was in May. Please consider taking a couple of hours
that day to wash windows, replace broken shades, empty closets, along with discarding items that
have accumulated in the barn loft over the years. There may also be some painting projects
involved.
EUCHARISTIC ADORATION
Jesus is truly present with us today. He comes quietly and humbly. Only the humble can see, with the eyes of faith, the humble Jesus hidden in the Blessed Sacrament. This is the faith that prompts you to come and adore him. If He was visible and we could see Him with our senses,
everyone would run to the Chapel, night and day, to be with Him. But He remains hidden in the Blessed Sacrament because he is calling us to
faith, that we come to Him in humility. “Blessed are they who do not see and yet believe.”

COATS FOR KIDS DRIVE THIS WEEKEND
Remember! A Kid without a coat in winter temperatures is cold because they do not have a coat to keep them warm. By donating today to this important work of Charity, it the same
as if you gave them your coat some winter day.
The Knights at the door today in winter coats are not funny we want you to stand with us
against kids being cold this Winter.
