Newborn Follow-ThroughTheCenterforWomen&InfantsoffersaNewbornFollow-Throughprogramfreeofchargetoournewparents.Onthedayofyourdischarge,youwillbevisitedbyoneofournurseswhowillconductageneralassessmentandweightcheckofyourbaby.WewillalsoscheduleyourNewbornFollow-Throughvisitatthistime,whichusuallytakesplace2-5daysafterdischargefromthecenter.Thisisyourchancetodiscussanybreastfeedingconcernsyoumayhave.Anyabnormalfindingswillalsobereportedtoyourphysicianforfurtherassessment.TwoLactationSpecialist/NewbornFollow-ThroughNursesareavailableforyourconvenience.Forfurtherinformation,call(432)413-3249or(432)230-4037.
