Problem Do boys or girls have faster reaction times?
Procedure1. Decide which partner will catch first, and which will
drop. 2. The partner who is catching lays their arm flat on the
table with hand hanging over the edge. 3. Spread fingers approximately 2 cm apart. 4. The partner who is dropping holds the ruler between
their fingers. The 0 mark (FOR CENTIMETERS) should be right at the top of their fingers.
5. Dropping partner drops the ruler, catching partner catches.
6. Record the number of centimeters it fell in the data table.
7. Repeat 2 more times with the same hand. 8. Switch to the other hand, complete 3 trials. 9. Switch partners and start at 2.
