Polycarbonate(PC) Tube with Internal Aluminium Heat SinkTransparent or frosted fully polycarbonate tube cover for increased light transmission and protection from electrical shock. Perfect for USA where internal isolators are not required by law.
PLUS internal aluminium heat sink for improved heat dissipation and extended lifespan. 270° beam angle for improved light coverage -widest available on the market in 2016! Perfect combination of safety and durability. Light weight and impact resistant for peace of mind during transport and installation.
High Luminous Efficiency 150-165lm/W with CSA Test Report
Low level factories believe increasing the efficiency of LED chips is the only way to increase the light's lumens. We create cost-effective (< $10) high lumen lighting by controlling four aspects:
1.The efficiency of driver must be over 92%.2.Light transmittance diffusion of diffuse cover must be over 93%.3.Maximize every single LED chips output.4.Design the arrangement of IF and VF of LED chips perfectly.
Super DriverWe use Japanese RUBYCON IC and special thickness PCB board for our own perfectly designed driver; producing reliable drivers with a long lifespan.
• Full protection function against short circuiting, current overload, voltage overload and protection against surges. Wide input voltage range. 100-277V. (Maximum industrial input voltage can be customized to 305V if required) Electrolytic capacitor information: DC36-80V 240MA Long lifespan design.(105°C 35000-50000 working hours) THD < 15%

Installation Guide
BEFORE YOU BEGINRead these instructions completely and carefully.
Provided ComponentsThe components have been properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Inspect the components to confirm there is nophysical damage. Do not install damaged components.
The carton consists of: LED tubes Drivers Instruction sheet Labels
Tools and Components RequiredScrewdriver (6-12mm)
Wire cutters
WARNINGRISK OF FIRE OR ELECTRIC SHOCK• Disconnect power before installation or maintenance.
Contact a qualified electrician for installation.
LED Retrofit Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.
•
• Install this kit only in the luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings.
• To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects. Installers should not disconnect existing wires from lampholder terminals to make new connections at lampholder terminals. Instead installers should cut existing lampholder leads away from the lampholder and make new electrical connections to lampholder lead wires by employing applicable connectors.
CAUTIONRISK OF INJURY• Tube may fall down if not installed properly, follow installation
instructions. • Wear safety glasses and proper aid during installation and maintenance.
RISK OF PRODUCT DAMAGE• Do not replace conventional LFL directly with LED tubes.
Save These Instructions These Instructions do not purport to cover all details or variations in components nor to provide for every possible contingency to be met in connection with installation, operation or maintenance. Should further information be desired or should particular problem arise which are not coveredsufficiently for the purchaser’s purpose, the matter should bereferred to Seniorled Ltd. Seniorled does not claim liability for any installation not performed according to this guide or not by a qualified electrician.
Installation to be performed by factory trained or qualifiedpersonnel. Ensure this manual is provided to the installers and users.
Use this product only in the manner intended by the
manufacturer. If there are any questions or concerns,
contact the manufacturer.
This tube is designed for indoor application only, and
should not be used in environment of high temperature
and high humidity.
This device is not intended for use with Emergency exits.
Suitable for dry location.

Remove ballast reconnect the wire
PackagingIt is important to inspect and replace the socket/tube holder or remove the brass tab in the socket/tubeholder that may join the Live and natural wires causing a short circuit.
The socket/tube holder must separate the live wire connection from the natural wire.
If the ballast contains PCB please remove and dispose of them safely. They are extremely toxic andhazardous to people and the environment.
Take out the ballast and starter if found (disconnect the wires and either leave the ballast in place or remove it). After disconnecting the ballast, reconnect the circuit. There are two sets of wires that connect to each bulb - only one set is needed to be connected to the respective Live and natural wires.Refer to the wiring diagram. If you have a fixture with more than one tube holder (double or quads), make sure only one wire set from each additional fixture is going to the Live and natural supply wires.Disconnect any jumper wires connecting the additional fixtures to each other. In effect, on a single tube there should be four wires (two at each end) going to the the live and natural supply wires. Now you only need one going to the live and natural supply wires from each fixture. Refer to the wiring diagram.
Install the new LED Tube into the fluorescent light fixture.
Inspect all wiring connections prior to turning on the power. Switch on the power to light the LED tube.
