We have an exciting school fundraiser lined up for this term. Our Family Fun Food Fair Day is just around the corner . The Family Fun Fair Day is to be held on the 13th of May 2017 between 09:00 & 14:00. We would love for you to get involved. Please con- tact your child’s class teacher if you are willing to help. Assistance with the follow- ing may be needed such as: Help prior to the fair preparation of food, baking, providing décor for themed country, supplying items to include in the Mother’s Day raffle, advertising, printing pro- grammes or the recipe book/signs, seeking spon- sors for the entertainment and stalls etc. On the day setting up, help manning stalls/events, etc After the event The big clear up…10 mins to half an hour would help. If you would like further information about how you can get involved please contact your child’s teacher or leave your details at the school office and we will contact you. A variety of food stalls will be available.- Food from different countries can be bought such as- Chinese, American, Indian, South African, Ghanaian and a British tea garden. The Grade RR’s and R’s have compiled a recipe book. All children in Grade RR and R have submitted their favourite recipes. This book is a wonderful Moth- er’s Day Gift which will also be on sale. Parents who would like to purchase a space for their craft market stall ( jewellery, gifts, clothes, books,etc) need to contact Dudu.( Stalls can only sell non-food items. ) The stalls will be snapped up very quickly so book your stall now. Some stalls will be selling wonderful items for you to buy Mother’s Day Gifts- (Don’t forget once you pay for your stall R150.00 all the profit from your sales belongs to you! ) STALLS ARE LIMITED-FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Fabulous Annual CityKidz Fundraising

Dinner.

Our next objective is to raise funds for a

school bus. At the moment, the school is

limited in which sport and extramural ac-

tivities it can partake in due to the need to

hire buses and the associated costs.
