CONFIRMATION TIMELINESTo ensure finest quality of all food services, the event’s menu must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance, and the guaranteed number of attendees is required one week prior to the event date. Once the confirmed number has been received, this number is not subject to reduction.

Final billing will be based on the guaranteed or the actual number of guests served; whichever the greater. If a guarantee is not received one-week prior, final billing will be based on the initial estimate or the actual number of guests, whichever the greater. You will receive a final bill via email no later than five business days following your event, and payment is required no later than 30 days after the event date.

GENERAL POLICIESCountry Hills Golf Club is a licensed private members club with full food & beverage services available. As such the Club is the sole supplier of food and alcohol (as per the AGLC) served on premesis.

Country Hills Golf Club reserves the right to book events the day before the booking date, please check with the Event Coordinator to confirm when you will have access to the room.

An additional cleaning charge may apply where excessive cleaning is required. A $500 charge will be assessed for excessive cleaning costs associated with the use of confetti, glitter, wax, etc.

Any damages or theft will be charged to the person(s) or company whose name the event is booked under. An additional charge may apply if extensive set-up is required or if the room is to be set-up more than once for the event.

OUR ROOMS

RIDGE ROOM $600The Ridge Room, our main banquet room, is the perfect venue for receptions and various special events. The Ridge Room is connected to an adjacent outdoor patio, which seats up to 44. The Ridge Room and Links Lounge can be closed off from each other, or opened up to allow for a larger room, separated only by our full service bar.

LINKS LOUNGE $350The Links Lounge is our member’s dining lounge during the golf season. In the off-season, the Links Lounge serves as a cozy dining or meeting setting for you and your guests. Both the Links Lounge and Ridge Room feature vaulted ceilings, pine trim, built-in sound systems, and picturesque views of the city and pristine surroundings.

BOARD ROOM $150The Board Room is a private room off of the main lobby, and is perfect for small (up to 10 people) meetings and corporate lunches. This room also features a smart TV for presentations.

Our bar service features a varied selection of local brews, premium spirits and wonderful wines.

Ask our Events Coordinator if you’re looking for something specific. In addition we offer competitive pricing and can customize the drinks menu to suit your event.

Country Hills Golf Club is responsible for all beverage sales and service in accordance with the AGLC and will be the sole supplier of all alcoholic beverages served in licensed areas.
