GENERAL INFORMATION
Check In
Registration starts at 12:00 PM February 27, 2015 at the conference
centre
Check-in time: February 27, 2015 at 3:00 PM
After you arrive Burlington, please go directly to the Holiday Inn Con-ference Centre. Space will be provided to store the luggage and you will pick up your room key at the conference centre.
Check Out
March 1, 2015 before Morning Plenary
After check out, delegates can bring the luggage to the conference
centre.
Guest Parking
Free parking is provided at both the hotel and the conference centre.
Please come see the OC upon arrival to register your car.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Alcohol
The legal drinking age is 19. The OC will be making one alcohol run
on Friday night.
Please be aware that alcohol may only be consumed inside your ho-
tel rooms provided you are of legal age (19+) and not in any public ar-
eas of the hotel. This include all hallways. The Organizing Committee
will confiscate any alcohol seen in places other than hotel rooms.

Please note that your delegate fee do not include room service and
pay-per-view television.
