GREETINGS FROM THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE Congratulations on successfully registering for the Ontario-Atlantic Regional Conference (OARC) 2014 in London, Ontario!

Ontario-Atlantic Regional Conference (OARC) is an annual AIESEC Canada conference that unites top talent from 14 universities across the Ontario-Atlantic region. Over 200 delegates come together to engage in the professional development of entrepreneurial skills and leadership potential. The conference delivers expert-quality functional workshops and training sessions, and inspiring keynote speakers. Members become more familiar with AIESEC and more aware of the international opportunities within the organization. OARC is also a platform for connecting the local business community and youths. This year, AIESEC Western will have the privilege of hosting this 3-day interprovincial event in London, Ontario. Whether you are a new (WOOHOO best decision of your life) or long-time AIESECer, we are excited to welcome you to our city! We strive to give you a memorable experience that you will look fondly upon for many years to come.

This is your delegate package to the conference. Inside you will find almost everything you need to know prior to and during the conference. Learn more about London and Western University, check out our sponsors, get excited for the socials, and figure out how to get-around here and there.

The Organizing Committee has been working diligent in the past several months to bring the best that we can deliver, and we hope that every little detail of the conference keeps all of you on your toes. If you ever want to talk to us before, during or after the conference, let us know! We are friendly folks who don't bite...and more importantly, who are more than happy to get to know you.

Looking forward to meeting you!

With love,

OARC 2014 Organizing Committee

gUIDEBOOK To make the delegate package more conveniently accessible for our delegates (YOU!), the Organizing Committee is beyond thrilled to introduce Guidebook, a mobile app for events. OARC 2014 will be the first AIESEC Canada conference to full use this app as the main delegate app. If you have a smartphone and would prefer to use that for the conference, download it now! It is essentially the delegate package that you can access anytime, anywhere on your smartphone or tablet. Be sure to check it out – there are tons of fun and useful features, such as myOARC where you can personalize your schedule and to-do list and photo sharing with every delegate at the conference!

Download “Guidebook” on the App Store, Google Play, and BlackBerry World

Click on “Download Guides” and “Redeem code”, enter: AIESECWestern

DO NOT share the code with ANYONE, as there is a limited capacity on the users of this guide. The OC negotiated numbers on the assumption that some delegates will not have smartphones.
