Temper Ice:

-Take ice out of freezer (in bags) and place some of it into the large trashcan aka T-can (on wheels) -Place the T-can out in the island (see ice chart on island wall)

Pre Prep the island:

Island prep includes the fallowing: - STOCK EVERYTHING

*1,000 small cups (a box) *500 large cups *1,500 lids (a box) *Spoons *Napkins *Sour *Caramel *Frost *Sample cups/Lids *Ice in shaver *Sugar free syrups

Harvest Ice:
