Budget holder for the L&D, booking staff onto courses, seminar, conferences and tracking these on the budget. Large Event management: including a leaving party for 150 transferring staff, that included venue sourcing, booking accommodation, sending invitations and tracking the responses.

Services (Facilities Management)Alongside the usual Board PA duties of complex diary management, my other duties included: Full suite of PA duties at senior Board level, including complex diary

management, full time management of 3 inbox’s, Board meeting preparation, arranging hospitality.

Scheduling One2Ones for Directors and their line reports (around 10 people) for the year in advance, and maintaining performance management paperwork and any actions and outcomes from the meetings.

Organising extensive travel and accommodation, compiling itineraries, identifying savings and managing budgets across the FM (Facilities Management) team.

Involved in the installation and running of an on-site train ticketing process system called Evolvi. This cuts down on costs and saves the company money.

Events management for Facilities Management (FM) Conferences and team building days for internal and external staff and supply chain partners, including a 2 day annual conference with 150 people attending, from our clients (DWP, Aviva, DVLA, BT), and Directors from our partner suppliers (including G4S, Mitie, GS Hall), and Telereal Trillium Board members. I ran the process from booking venues to issuing invitations with joining instructions and organized the table plans, entertainment etc.

Raising purchase orders checking and authorising invoices. Submitting expenses and keeping track of payment. Preparing PowerPoint presentations. Minute taking and following up action points. Supporting the Operations Directors, his 4 Regional Directors, Soft Services

Director, Technical Director, the Heads of Services (which included Security, Catering, Cleaning and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) with diary management, meeting organisation, helping out on projects, travel and accommodation, as well as arranging and attending regional team meetings and events.

Providing support to the Head of Corporate Responsibility on a day to day basis. Especially involved in arranging various charitable fund raising events, tracking donations and matching contributions and liaising with the charitable organisations involved.

Project support on various corporate bids as and when required. Integral to the launch and subsequent management of the Customer

Service Pillar Awards, an internal corporate scheme designed to recognize and reward high standards of customer facing ‘behaviors’ across the organisation. This included undertaking standards benchmarking checks (Mystery Shoppers) across the estate and collating feedback to the MD and his team

Floor representative, this meant running the floor, being the ‘go-to’ person for all issues relating to the working environment. Co-ordinating office moves (internally and externally), reporting building issues, ie. Lifts, window cleaning, catering supplies, working with the building Facilities Manager to resolve issues in a timely manner.

In July 2014, the Services division of Telereal Trillium transferred to Engie (formerly Cofely, part of the GDF Suez Group), as part of an outsourcing exercise. During that year, I carried out the same duties for the COO and MD as I had at Telereal Trillium prior to the transfer.
