1. WE USE THE PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE TO TALK ABOUT ACTIVITIES HAPPENING NOW.

2. WE CAN ALSO USE THE PRESENT CONTINUOUS

TENSE TO TALK ABOUT ACTIVITIES HAPPENING AROUND NOW, AND NOT NECESSARILY THIS VERY MOMENT.

3. The Present Continuous Tense is

Adverbs of frequency are put directly before the main verb. If 'be' is the main verb and there is no auxiliary verb, adverbs of frequency are put behind 'be'. Is there an auxiliary verb, however, adverbs of frequency are put before 'be'.
