• Grade 4 - Limericks

• Substitution - Pupils write a limerick using the Pages app on their iPads

• Grade 5 - Settlements

• Substitution - Pupils research various South African settlement types using Google on their iPads

• Grade 6 - Area

• Substitution - Pupils calculate the area of various objects on a printed worksheet using the Calculator app on their iPads

• Not every activity needs to be at the Redefinition level - you set the pace and know what is required to maximise the learning experience.

• Your role is to create the opportunity for learning and discovery.

• Sometimes a pencil and paper is all that is required.
