    Rulmanl yataklar - Bir sra bilyal, radyal 1 Kapsam ve uygulama alan Bu standard, delik anma ap 2,5 mm -250 mm (dahil) arasndaki bir sra bilyal, radyal rulmanl yataklar kapsar. Bir sra bilyal, asal temasl, omuzlu ve tespit bilezikli, d bileziin d yzeyi bombeli rulmanlar,paslanmaz elikten rulmanlar ile bilyalar seramik malzemeden olan radyal rulmanl yataklar kapsamaz. Bu standard; bir sra bilyal, radyal rulmanl yataklarn tarifine, snflandrma ve zelliklerine, numune alma, muayene ve deneyleri ile piyasaya arz ekline dairdir. Not Bu standardda bir sra bilyal, radyal rulmanl yatak terimi yerine bundan sonra sadece rulmanl yatak terimi kullanlacaktr.

    1 Scope and application Scope and application of this standard, for deep groove, single row, radial ball bearing; bore diameter between 2.5 mm and -250 mm (including). This Standard does not cover, single row angular contact ball bearing, shouldered ring type ball bearings (7 series bearing), ball bearing with outer surface have crown, stainless steel ball bearings, ball bearings with ceramic seramic balls.. This standard for description, of the classification and characteristics, sampling, inspection, testing and suppling to market of single row deep groove radial ball bearing. Note In his standard instead of "deep groove, single row, radial ball bearings" only term "ball bearing" will be used.

    3 Terimler, tarifler ve semboller 3 Term, explanation and symbols 3.1 Terimler ve tarifler Aadaki terimler ve tarifler ile birlikte, TS ISO 5593 te verilen terimler ve tarifler uygulanr.

    3.1 Terms and recipes With the following terms and recipes, the terms and recipes given in TS ISO 5593 are applied.

    3.1.1 Bir sra bilyal rulmanl yatak ve d bileziklere alm birer yuvarlanma yolunda bir sra halinde kresel yuvarlanma elemanlar (bilya) bulunan, genellikle radyal yndeki ykleri tayabilen rulmanl yatak (ekil 1).

    3.1.1 Single row deep groove ball bearing Internal and external rings with single raw raceway opened and with spherical rolling elements (ball) in the raceway which generally can carry loads in the radial direction (Figure 1).

    3.1.2 Bilya kalitesi Bilya ap deiimi, kresellikten sapma ve yzey przllk deerlerine gre gruplandrlm bilyalar iin rakamlarla belirlenmi derecelendirme.

    4 Snflandrma ve zellikler 4 Classification and specifications 4.1 Snflandrma 4.1 Classification

    4.1.1 Snflar Rulmanl yataklar, imalat ve alma hassasiyeti ile elemanlarnn toleranslarna gre; - P0 (Normal tolerans snf) - P6 (P0 rulmanl yataktan daha hassas, P5 rulmanl yataktan daha kaba tolerans snf) - P5 (P6 rulmanl yataktan daha hassas, P4 rulmanl yataktan daha kaba tolerans snf) - P4 (P5 rulmanl yataktan daha hassas tolerans snf) olmak zere drt snftr. 4.1.1 Precision Grades Bearings are graded according to, precision of manufacturing, and operating precision and the tolerance of its elements; which are four grade. - P0 (normal tolerance grade) - P6 (more precision than P0 grade bearings, less precision than tolerance P5 grade bearings) - P5 (more precision than P6 grade bearings, less precision than tolerance P4 grade bearings) - P4 (more precision tolerance than P5 grade bearings)

    4.2.1 Material Material of bearing ring and balls should be through hardenable beraing steel according to TS 5823 EN ISO 683-17. For cage, rivet and cover materials, manufacturers are free for selection. However, cover and cage materials should be considered to be resistant to mineral oil.

    4.2.2 General General features of ball bearings are shown below: - Corner radius of iner ring and outher ring should be machined, seal/sheald grooves and chamfers should be finished. - Faces of Inner and outher ring, outside surfaces of outer ring and bore of inner ring should be ground. - Raceway of Inner and outer rings and surface of the balls should be ground and superfinished or honed. - Ball bearing should not; - Missing ball - Missing rivet - Deformation of cage - Deformation of cover - Loose cover to avoid easy turning - Visible scratches on inner ring, outer ring and balls or machining error, - Dirt or burr, - There should not be burning which shows color difference and crack on the surface of ground and superfinished inner and outer ring and balls surfaces.

    4.2.6 Roughness of surface of rings At ring surfaces of; - Inner ring: Bore, side faces and raceways, - Outer ring: Outside surface, side face and raceways Aritmetical mean roughness (Ra) which measured at least three different places not to close the edge, should not exceed the values indcated on Table 2 for each precision grade.

    4.2.7 Grlt seviyeleri Madde 4.1.1de belirtilen snflar iin, Madde 4.1.3teki grlt seviyesi trlerine gre, Madde 5.3.5de zellikleri verilen A, B, C ses lme kanallarnda msaade edilen en yksek grlt seviyeleri, izelge 3te verilen deerlere uygun olmaldr.. Bu deerler, koruyucu ya ile yalanmam veya greslenmemi rulmanl yataklar iindir. Rulmanl yatan gresli olmas halinde grlt seviyeleri, bu deerlerin A kanalnda aynsn, B kanalnda %90n, C kanalnda % 80ini amamaldr. Rulmanl yatan koruyucu ya ile yalanm olmas halinde isedeerler, A ve B kanallarnn ayn, C kanalnn % 90n amamaldr. C4 radyal boluklu rulmanl yataklar iin bu deerlerin % 120sini, C5 radyal boluklu rulmanl yataklar iin ise % 140n amamaldr.

    4.2.7 Noise levels For the grades indicated in Article 4.1.1, also, Article 4.1.3 's according to the type of noise

    In case of bearings with Grease; noise level will not exceed, same grade value of A, %

    4.3.1 Dimensions Dimensions for standard diameter series must be as described below.

    4.3.1.1 Snr boyutlar Rulmanl yatan snr (ana) boyutlar, in serileri hari olmak zere, TS 3574 ISO 15te verilenlere uygun olmaldr.

    4.3.1.1 Boundary dimensions Boundary dimensions of ball bearing, except inch series, should be appropriate to TS 3574 ISO 15.

    4.3.1.2 Segman yuvas boyutlar Segman yuvas boyutlar, TS 7008e uygun olmaldr.

    4.3.1.2 Snap ring groove dimensions Snap ring groove dimensions, must be appropriate to TS 7008

    4.3.1.3 Bileziklerin yuvarlatma boyutlar ve pah boyut snrlar Yuvarlatma boyutlar ve pah boyut snrlar ise TS ISO 582de verilenlere uygun olmaldr.

    4.3.1.3 Corner radius dimensions Corner radius dimensions and tolerances must be appropriate according to given values of TS ISO 582.

    4.3.2.1 Tolerance of internal radial clearance Tolerance of internal radial clearance should be appropriate to TS ISO 5753 according to radial clearance of types indicated on Item 4.1.3.

    4.3.2.2 ve d bilezik toleranslar ve alma hassasiyetleri ve d bilezik toleranslar, Madde 4.1.1de belirtilen imalat ve alma hassasiyeti ile elemanlarnn tolerans snflara gre TS 5825te verilen llere uygun olmaldr.

Yank atla deneyi aadaki ekilde yaplr: - Numuneler % 10luk slfrik asit veya benzeri ierisinde 5 dakika veya yeterli bir sreyle kaynatldktan sonra su ile ykanr ve kurutulur, - Yank yzeylerde yank atla olup olmad gzle veya mikroskop ile muayene edilir, - Sonularn Madde 4.2.2ye uygun olup olmadna baklr.

    5.3.3 Burn and Burn Crack Test Procedure of Burn Test is given below; -Oil film on surface of the samples i cleaned by alkali or solvent cleanser. -Samples are etched for 2 or 3 minutes in solution of 7,5% nitric acid, 0,5% sulphuric acid, 2% ethyl alcohol. -After washing with water they are neutralised by sodium carbonate, cooling liquid or any other alkali. -Results compared to item 4.2.2 Procedure of Burn Crack Test is given below, -Samples are boiled for 5 minutes in 10% sulphuric acid solution, then washed with water and dried. -Then inspected visually or under microscope for burn-cracks on burned surface parts. -Results compared to item 4.2.2

    5.3.4 Mikroyap deneyi Mikroyap deneyi aadaki ekilde yaplr: - Numuneler hazrlanr, - Hazrlanm yzeyler parlatma cihaz ile parlatlr, - Parlatlm yzeyler dalanr, - Bytmesi en az x750 olan bir metal mikroskobu ile incelenir. - Sonularn Madde 4.2.4ye uygun olup olmadna baklr.

    5.3.4 Microstucture Test Procedure of Microstructure Test; -Samples to be tested are prepared. -These samples are polished. -Polished surfaces are etched. -Inspected under a metal inspecting microscope of min X750 enlargement. -Results compared to item 4.2.4

    6.2.1.2 Basic Designations The basic designation denotes the boundary dimensions of the ball bearing according to the standard diameter series. generally given by numbers. Basic designation consists of 2 parts which are series code and bore code. -Series code is the first to third number of the basic desigantion or letters which shows the characteristics of the bearing the last number shows the diameter serie according to TS 3574 ISO 15. The series code of ball bearings are as follows: 60 160 622 E RLS 62 161 623 BO RMS 63 618 * 630 L 64 619 ** -Bore code, this gives the nominal bore 00 10 mm bore diameter, 01 12 mm bore diameter, 02 15 mm bore diameter, 03 17 mm bore diameter, 04 and greater codes give 1/5 th of the nominal bore.     6.2.2 Marking of Ball Bearings: Manufacturers trading name, or registered trade-mark and at least the below explained desigantions must be marked on a face of inner ring or outer ring, or on outer rings outer surface or on shield: -From basic designations: For Standard diameter series the ball bearing number according to the Standard ICS 21.100.20 TURKISH STANDARD TS 6269/May 2008 16 -From suffixes: For precision grade one of P6,P5 or P4. If none is used the ball bearing is accepted to be in P0 grade. -Radial Clearance: One of C2, C3, C4, C5. If none is used the ball bearing is accepted to be in C0 radial clearance class. -Taper dimension for taper bore bearing: If only K is used, the taper bore is accepted to be 1/12. -Running Temperature: One of S1, S2, S3, S4. If none is used the Running Temperature class is accepted to be S0. Marking of the ball bearings, which have bore diameter smaller than 10 mm, can be done on pack

    6.2.3 Marking of packings: Boxes,bags,rolled labels,cartons and cases used for the packing of ball bearings must bear the information given in item 6.2.2 and the number of this Standard (as TS 6269). For multi packs,rolls,cartons and cases additional to the information given in item 6.2.2, the quantity of ball bearings, gross weight (for cartons and cases) and appropriate below symbols must be marked: -Type of ball bearing, -Whether with groove or not (N,NB) -Of covers (Z, 2Z, RS, 2RS, RD,2RD, ZN, ZNB). -Of cage type, whether with plastic cage (TN and T). These information can be written in a foreign language if preferred. Note: This Standard number does not need to be written on packings of ball bearings, which are to be exported from Turkey.

    7 Diverse Rules 7.1 The manufacturers or sellers, who declare that the bearings manufactured conform to this Standard, are obliged to submit or show the Certificate to the Standard upon request. On this declaration, following must be stated concerning the bearings to be marketed: -Conformity to properties given in item 4. -That the inspections and tests explained in item 5 are executed and acceptable results are obtained.
