Rose Cameron, Director of Innovation (Outreach and Online Education), Penn State University
Rose is a cultural anthropologist, global brand strategist and chronic
puzzle solver. As of October 2015, she has been Director of Innovation
(Online & Outreach) for Penn State University in Pennsylvania, USA.
Rose’s role is to maintain the momentum of innovation at Penn State
University both online and through partnerships with academic and
commercial entities. Or in her words, “My job is to open the windows and
let the fresh air in.”
Rose is frequently invited to speak on the trending subjects she monitors
and on which she reports – Millennials, Men, Technology, Observational
Big Data Research and Change Management. Her studies have been
featured in the Wall Street Journal, New Yorker, New York Times and
The Chicago Times, to note a few. McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Nintendo, IBM and Microsoft are some of
the brands Rose has repositioned and nurtured on a global scale.
Rose is a proud graduate of the University of Glasgow, Scotland in Theatre and Sociology with a
specialization in Cultural Anthropology. The rolling hillsides and verdant valleys of central Pennsylvania
are now home for Rose, Norbert and their daughter Ariana.

Liz Hodges, Assoc. Publisher and Marketing ELLE
Liz’s 17-year marketing career has spanned the client, agency and publishing worlds, including roles at The International Dairy Foods Association, Lowe Worldwide, and Hanley-Wood. But the bulk of her career has been spent in magazine media with roles at Vanity Fair and ELLE across all facets of marketing, including brand development, events, integrated and digital marketing and research. Liz is currently the Associate Publisher, Marketing and manages a team of 21 with a focus on innovation that allows brands and consumers to engage with ELLE in new and exciting ways. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and currently lives in New York City.

Lindsay Musser Hough, Principal, Deloitte
Lindsay has worked in the management consulting industry for over 15 years.
Her area of consulting expertise is in assisting government agencies
transform their business process and operating models to address budget
gaps, new policies and citizen demands. She has worked with clients
ranging from the US Transportation Security Administration to the PA
Department of Human Services.
Prior to her consulting career, Lindsay was an evaluator at the U.S.
Government Accountability Office (GAO) and served as a research assistant
at Independent Sector, an organization focused on strengthening the
nonprofit and philanthropic community. She has a Master’s degree in Public
Administration from American University and graduated from Gettysburg
College with majors in psychology and music. Lindsay is also the co-author
of the book “A Woman’s Framework for a Successful Career and Life,”
published by Palgrave MacMillan in 2013. Lindsay has two young children and lives with her husband
Adam, a criminal investigator, in Carlisle, PA.
Jocelyn Kolb-DeWitt, Assistant Professor Art + Design East Stroudsburg University Jocelyn Kolb-DeWitt received her BFA and MFA from Temple University's Tyler School of Art. She has worked with 3D printing and product design for over 10 years. Her work has been exhibited internationally and is in the collection of the Museum of Art and Design in New York City. She is currently an assistant professor of Art + Design at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and is co-director of the G3D Stratasys 3D printing SuperLab.

Debra Lam, Chief of Innovation & Performance City of Pittsburgh, Government Administration
A native of Pittsburgh, Debra has returned to her hometown after living and
working in DC, California, New York, the United Kingdom, China, Taiwan
and Hong Kong. She speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. She graduated
cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and
went on to earn a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of California,
Berkeley.
Prior to joining the Executive Team, Debra worked as a strategic consultant
at Arup, a global consulting and design firm. With over a decade of
experience, her projects have included development work with the World
Bank, APEC and the C40 cities. She has spoken and published numerous
articles on sustainable development, climate change and urban resilience.
Debra was among the 35 high achievers awarded a place on Management Today’s “35 Women Under 35″
list, and a finalist for Women of the Future, Science and Technology. As Chief Innovation & Performance
Officer, Debra oversees all technology, sustainability, performance and innovation functions of city

Jennifer Morgan, President SAP North America Jennifer Morgan has served as president of SAP North America since May 2014 and is responsible for the company’s strategy, revenue and customer success in the U.S. and Canada - a region home to nearly 20,000 employees and more than 100,000 customers across 25 industries. Since being named president, Jennifer has led the company’s rapid shift to the cloud in North America while helping customers achieve growth in the digital economy. Jennifer has served in a number of leadership roles for SAP since joining the company in 2004. As head of SAP North America’s public sector organization, and later as president of its Regulated Industries business unit, she was a recognized thought-leader on government and public sector technology innovation, represented SAP to the U.S. Government, and testified before the United States Congress on technology and acquisition issues. Earlier in her career, Jennifer served in various management roles at
Siebel Systems and Accenture. Jennifer is a graduate of the James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Yasmine Mustafa, Founder ROAR For Good
Yasmine Mustafa is a tech entrepreneur, community leader and advisor. Championing the underprivileged has been a core part of her identity since her family was rescued from the Persian Gulf War. After numerous immigration woes, she graduated summa cum laude with an Entrepreneurship degree from Temple University and subsequently founded her first startup, an affiliate marketing company helping writers monetize their content. After growing that company, she sold it to a prominent content marketing firm in Silicon Valley. Yasmine also started the Philadelphia chapter of Girl Develop It, a non-profit focused on providing affordable and accessible programs to women who want to learn software and web development. She sits on the board of Coded by Kids, a non-profit that helps inner city youth learn how to code.
Once she received her naturalization status, she embarked on a six-month solo trek across South America which inspired Yasmine to found her latest venture, ROAR for Good, a safety wearable technology company aimed at diminishing attacks against women and addressing the underlying causes of violence.
Yasmine was selected as one of the Upstart 100 most dynamic people shaping business and recognized as one of Philadelphia’s Top 20 Tech Disrupters and Best Philadelphian's of 2016 for her work empowering women. Her TEDtalk on the birth lottery highlights the challenges (and opportunities) inherent in each life.
Susan St. Ledger, Chief Revenue Officer Splunk
Susan St. Ledger is the chief revenue officer of Splunk, the
leading software platform for machine data that enables customers
to gain real-time operational intelligence. The company's mission
is to address the challenges and opportunities of managing
massive streams of machine-generated big data. More than three
quarters of the Fortune 100 and thousands of enterprises,
universities, government agencies and service providers use
Splunk software to harness the power of their machine data for
application management, IT operations, security, web intelligence,
customer and business analytics and more.
Previously, Susan was chief revenue officer of Marketing Cloud
and President of Buddy Media.

Sharon P. Minnich, Secretary
Governor’s Office of Administration
Sharon P. Minnich was appointed Secretary of the Office of Administration
(OA) by Governor Tom Wolf on January 20, 2015. As a member of
Governor Tom Wolf’s senior staff and cabinet, Secretary Minnich leads the
agency responsible for oversight and administration of the enterprise func-
tions of human resources, information technology, continuity of government
and records management for employees under the Governor’s jurisdiction.
OA is also home to the Governor’s Office of Transformation, Innovation,
Management and Efficiency (GO TIME), which is responsible for leading
efforts to improve and transform state government operations. In addition to
her work in state government, Minnich has worked as a consultant in the
private sector, specializing in procurement and technology. Her experience
includes positions at Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Meridian Bank,
SAP Business Consulting, Phoenix Consulting Services and Deloitte
Consulting, LLP.
Minnich has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Albright College and a Master’s
degree in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

Regional VP State and Local Higher Education, SAP
Kunkle is responsible for the State & Local/Higher Education (SLED)
Division of SAP, where she is dedicated to helping governments utilize new
technology and solutions to impact and improve citizens’ lives. She is
passionate about getting young women and girls interested in science,
technology, education, and math (STEM), and was named a finalist for the
2013 Stevie Awards Women in Business in the “Women Helping Women”
category.
Kunkle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Maryland, a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola College, and a law degree from George Washington University.

Patti Stirk, Co-Moderator
Patti Stirk began her career as a junior programmer contracted to the U.S. Naval Avionics Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her career rapidly progressed, as she became a software engineer with a private software development firm focused on Quality Control in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Upon returning to her home state of Pennsylvania, Patti joined a small family-owned software firm based in York, Pa. She created a regional consulting business segment that became the firm ’s leading profit center which she then spun off as a separate company four years later. She successfully led Star Systems Engineering, Inc. for the next 21 years.
She was named one of “Pennsylvania’s 50 Best Women in Business” in 2004 and her firm was a finalist for “Small Business of the Year” several times. After selling her business, Patti is now involved with three start-up technology companies. She also serves as a freelance photographer and part-time voice artist.
On March 4, 2015, Patti launched her next startup and now owns a 22-seat micro theater and art gallery in York called SMALL STAR Art House (www.smallstaryork.com). She's hoping for another 25-year success story. "And yes, it was fun designing the audio and video playback system and figuring out the network requirements complete with local and remote media servers!”
