When your office is closed simply call forward your main number to an 800 number associated with the IVR greeting we design for you practice

Voice Mail IVRVoice Mail IVR Greeting (Interactive Voice Response) - thank you for calling (your practice name) if this is a medical emergency, please hang up and dial 911 our office is currently closed please choose from the following menu

Daytime IVR greeting/menu & Nighttime IVR greeting/menu

The greeting would route the caller to leave a message

Non Urgent Messages are routed to an extension/voicemail internal to the practice or to voice mail boxes provided by Telesure

One Touch Auto Call BackOne Touch Auto Call Back - Listen to a voice mail and in “one touch” return the call never picking up a pencil

Press 1 to listen to a message, 2 to call the caller back If more than one message is waiting press the # key and 1 then 2 again

Physicians Caller ID CloakedPhysicians Caller ID Cloaked – The caller ID of the provider’s office is given to the patient. Physician's privacy is never compromised and the chance of call screening is reduced

Disaster RecoveryDisaster Recovery - In the event the phone services or system at your office is interrupted we can take your calls via our Telesure system seamlessly as an extension of your office
