The Board of the club is responsible for the smooth running of the club
However, the administrative running of the clubfalls on the shoulders of 3 people:
President, Secretary and TreasurerbutPrimarily by the Secretary
Therefore, the role of Secretary a most critical one

It is their responsibility to ensure:-
- Minutes of Board Meetings are kept
- All correspondence is responded to
- All Accounts are paid on time
- All dues are collected from members
- All dues are paid to RI & District on time

RI Dues are due and payable on 1st July & 1st January as invoiced by RI. (The amount will be in $US).
