Flu/ColdInformation:Influenza (the flu) is a serious illness. Symptoms can include sore throat, headache, fever, cough, nasal congestion/sneezing, fatigue, muscle/body achesandweakness. Treatment for the flu includes increasing water intake, potential antiviral medication (if diagnosedwithin 48hours of onset) and plenty of rest.
