    a fast profit versus a little investment by breaking through the Sport market.

    Attach your manufacturing skills to Simply Sporty(www.simplysporty.com), an American Sport Brand with NCAA (NationalCollege Athletic Association) licensed all over the U.S.A..

    9 Universities have been licensed so far and another 15 will be optioned by

    the end of the month by Simply Sporty

    Once the word gets out others will follow quickly. Along with this strategy,Alliance will sell no-brand, generic styles manufactured by PT Moiz.

    Sports-related stores will be approached with the Simply Sportybrand

    Other stores (Ross, Marmaxx, Citi Trends) will be offered bothSimply Sporty and Generic clothes.

    For the same 20 styles PT Moiz manufactures, Alliance will give theBuyers the option to order as generic or as Simply Sporty licensedstyles. The generic will be sold at a cheaper price because thelicense fee is not required.

    For you it doesnt make any difference because the manufacturingcost would be the same, but the chances to get big orders increase.

    Last Spring a company sold his styles to Forever21

    (480 stores worldwide).

    Forever21 selected 6 Styles per 5 College teams, andissued an opening order of $4.5M gross sales to thecompany.

    Marketing Approach:

    To get PT Moiz started on a Nationwide basis, Alliance will send your 20

    sample Styles to key buyers, and produce a highquality promotional videoand photo shoot in a professional Studio in Southern California to show yourstyles being worn by selected models.

    This video and photographic material will be posted on YouTube andpromoted on other social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) after anextensive advertising campaign aimed to entice major buyers and college

    sorority associations across the country to watch it.

    The key buyers will be able to watch the videocast of your styles while theyhave your product samples in hand; this will physically connect the buyerswith the products they see on the videogiving them a hands-onexperience of the style and quality.

    Investment Required

    (Video, Photo Shoot, Sample Styles):

    $4,000 = Models + Photo Shoot + Video Shoot

    $15,000 = Studio Location + Equipment + Crew (videographer,photographer, make-up artist, sound, editing, postproduction,interviews)

    $5,000 = Marketing, Social Media, Promotion

    Manufacturing + Shipping cost to California for: 20 Sample Styles(40 units per style [20 size M (400 Units), 20 size S (400 Units)], nodrawings, no Swarovski, full colors) = 800 units.

    Total investment for PT Moiz = $24,000 Event +Manufacturing/Shipping of Styles to California

    Sample Styles Distribution:

    10 samples per style will be used as promotional material duringshooting and other events.

    15 samples per style will be sent to the retailers listed above + otherretailers across the U.S.A. which have 50+ retail locations.

    15 samples per style will go to the top 10 Sorority Associations inColleges/Universities throughout the U.S.A., such as Michigan,Texas, UCLA in California, LSU in Louisiana, Alabama, Florida.

    Citi Trends (key-buyer):150 locations (stores) across the country.

    5 Styles out of 20 Styles selected. 150 stores x 5 styles (Each 5 ordering aminimum of 24 units x 1 color x 5 styles = 120 units). 120 units x 150 stores

    = 18,000 units.

    If the average cost is $4.00 - $0.40 (10% commission to Alliance Exports) =$3.60. 18,000 units x $3.60 = $64,800 wholesale cost out of PT Moiz initialinvestment.

    Our Investment

    Upon the issue of orders from Buyers, Alliancewill finance the orders by paying PT Moiz thewholesale costs (minus our commissions) when

    the Buyer issues the Purchase Order, so you willavoid the net-90 payment timeframe of Buyers.
