Most Favorite:‘spend time on a hobby’

Spending the free time on things you enjoy and relax is really refreshing for the body and mind.A hobby can take a lot of the free time, but it’s worth it. The mind works better, the body reacts better, and all this refreshment can help improve the daily deals and works. The thing here is not about the hobby itself, but spending time on other things beside your job so when your out of work, you’re mind won’t be so much worried about your problems, occasionally, hobbies can help to solve 'em.
