• Central Business District (around marina bay)– Skyscrapers (the tall buildings) will be lit up

with colourful neon lights– waterfront shows to be held daily during the

night

• Orchard Road– street seatings will change colours when

someone sit on it.– brightly lit trees to portray Singapore as a

“Garden City”

• Singapore River– “Jellyfish” lights floating on Boat Quay– illuminated banks and walls of river– brightly-lit river taxis

Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix - will launch on 28 September 2008- 12 race teams- Pit Building will be completed by May’08

(to house race control facilities, team garages, hospitality lounges for about 4,000 guests,a Media centre etc.
