Beijing – Office Expansion at Gateway Plaza

After an acquisition, Reed Exhibition was running out of available seats in their PingAn building office. Not

breaking up the different teams, it was decided that the ISG team would be moving out to new location but close

to the PingAn building. This resulted in a new lease in the Gateway Plaza building.

The office expansion project involved fit-out of over 3.4K sqft office space, which was successfully completed

within 10 weeks on 15 June 2014. The new office space can accommodate up to 33 staff, to support the RX’s

business needs for the forthcoming years.

The entire transition process was managed by the GRECS team with assistance of appointed project management

and design and build construction team, together with full support and co-ordination of the project leads from

Reed Exhibition.
