In order to bridge the gap between the initial discovery of the Mineral Prospect and its eventual

exploitation and as a part of backward integration into mining Sector, we have set up an Exploration

and Drilling arm "KARTIKAY EXPLORATION & MINING SERVICES PVT.LTD" a newly formed Company

incorporated under the companies Act 1956 (No.1 of 1956) having its corporate office at 199-A/18,

Chitnavis Marg, Crorpati Gali, Civil Lines, Nagpur -440 001 (M.S.).

The newly formed Kartikay Exploration and Mining Services Pvt. Ltd. has pool of highly experienced

and professional Manpower consisting of Geoscientists, Engineers & Technicians —Drilling, Mining

,Mechanical, civil I.T. Experts and Management personnel. The work is being supervised under highly

qualified and well experienced Officials/Supervisor having vast experience of more than 35 years in

the field of Mineral exploration and have necessary expertise for offering technical consultancy

services to meet the requirements of the Mining industry.

The company is well equipped with latest, modern and sophisticated High Tech. DE710 drills, Sandvik

make drills capable of drilling 1126 Metres in NQ, with productivity of about 1000 to1500 m per drill

month in Non Coal/Coal. It has completed 1106 Metres of drilling for Lead- Zinc in 20 days in one

single bore hole in hard formations for TDMA at Rajpura-Dariba Mine (HZL) in Rajasthan. We have

also one Multipurpose Rc/Coring Drill Rig DE – 810 Sandvik make capable of core drilling 870 Meters

in NQ and 300 Meters RC (Reverse Circulation). In addition to this we have one Atlas Copco RD-20

Drill capable of drilling 1500 Meters for Coal Bed Methane (CBM). Recently we have added one more

Rig to our fleet Schramm T250XD heavy hoist, Deep hole top drive Trailer mounted drilling system

for horizontal and directional drilling for Shale gas, CBM & Oil. Further, more high tech drills are in

pipe line. We are presently carrying out drilling and associated geological work for various minerals in

India and in abroad by our sister concern Sainik Ethiopia, Kartikay Resources FZE ,Dubai and

Kartikay Peruvian Mining Company, SAC, Peru.

The company is going to offer shortly all exploration related facilities under one roof viz. Mineral

Targeting such as Planning Exploration schemes, regional & detailed geological mapping etc., Mineral

Deposit Assessment as Exploratory Drilling, preparation of exploration, pre-feasibility reports,

sampling &analysis, Geophysical services resistivity, magnetic, gravity surveys, Geophysical logging,

IT related services with 3D ore body modeling etc. The company has already completed exploratory

drilling for iron ore for SESA Goa Ltd/SESA Mining Corporation Ltd. And SESA Resources Ltd.,

Vedanta Group in their Sonshi & Sanqulim, Bicholim and Surla Mines in Goa, achieving target of

1,32,395 m of drilling awarded till Sept 2012 successfully, in a short period of 3 years with a

productivity of about +1000m per drill month, while drilling in hard formations for iron ore in difficult

terrain, well ahead of schedule.

By strongly adhering to the contract commitments Kartikay Exploration & Mining services Pvt. Ltd.

has increased its business rapidly. So far, (March 2017) the company has already completed around

2,40,000.00 m of core drilling for various minerals Lead-Zinc, Iron and Coal, valuing about Rs. 977

million in a short span of about Six years working period.

Many offers/Tenders have been submitted to CMPDI, AMD, SCCL, HZL, MECL, HGML, NCAOR, ONGC,

JNMDC, SOGL, MOIL, MINESCAPE, CHAITANYA GEO LYNX, RELIANCE COAL RESOURCES PVT. LTD.

VEDANTA GROUP Liberia, OMC, OCPL etc. and further negotiations are in progress with different

clients.

The company is having a team of experts with vast experience in the field of Mineral Exploration and

can offer technical and consultancy services to meet the requirements of the Mining industry"

The guiding philosophy of the company is "Demonstration of Performance". The company believes

that no planning is worth anything unless the planners themselves are confident and capable of

demonstrating its actual performance on the ground. This philosophy also extends and covers all

facets of commercial performance from production, cost control to consumer satisfaction.

1. Mr. Ajay Mriq

An Engineer by profession has more than 20 Years experience in handling matters

related to Coal Mining, Coal Transportation and Mining Processing. At present Mr.

Ajay Mrig is controlling the operations of Nagpur and Hyderabad Region. By nature,

Mr. Ajay Mrig is dynamic and versatile and his ability to take quick decisions coupled

with pragmatic and optimistic approach to work in other areas has helped to

espouse the group efforts in substantial way.

2. Mr. Suresh Chnadra Jain

A Mining Geologist by profession has served in Coal India Limited (CIL) for more than

35 years in different capacities from Executive trainee to General Manager (Geology).

He is having vast experience of various coalfields in the command areas of WCL, BCCL,

NCL and MCL. He has worked with World Bank team on Jharia mine Fire Project. He

He has drilling career of more than 30 Years having worked in the field and at various

senior positions in Voltas Ltd., VIL& LIWDCO (Oman), Mineral Exploration Corporation

Ltd. (A Govt. of India Enterprise) and South West Pinnacle. During this period, he has

handled sophisticated drill units of different models - made in India & abroad; and

executed time bound drilling operations for Coal, Iron ore, Chromite, Limestone

Copper and Manganese. He is controlling drilling operations from Nagpur Region.
