My name is Rashad Alami, Palestinian with a Moroccan origin
& passport.
I have been graduated DEC 2007 from eastern Mediterranean
university of Turkish northern Cyprus.
I started my job opportunity in Dubai ARENCO consultant
engineering company, working as junior engineer in concept
design & working drawing.
At the moment of the financial crisis, it was a grateful chance
that I gained a lot of powerful skills, like working under high
pressure, working to survive, widening in work field & position,
gaining power & flexibility in how to keep the financial situation
permanently ongoing, & it gave me another simple opportunities
which empowered my work journey like: joining oil & gas fields,
aluminum works fields, a block factories, interior design offices
& other contracting fields to try to get up with extra detailed
knowledge about management in each organization & widen the
concept of being a future leader.
Mainly I gain 3 major Experience:
• 4 years in consultant (Design & supervision),
• 4 years in Main contracting & aluminum works
• 1 year skill gaining in petroleum works, & building
material suppling works.

Al Habtoor Hilton Waldorf Astoria Hotel project A project cost of 700 million AED (approx. 190 million U.S. Dollar) 5 stars hotel, my responsibility as site
architect was civil, structure, landscaping & I.D. works inspection, in addition of following up progresses,
& quality control .
Cayan Tower a 90 degree twisted high rise residential building consist of 70 stories with studio, 1, 2, 3, 4 & pent house apartments. Position: Site Architect.
DUBAI POLICE ACADEMY PROJECT: Consists of 26 main buildings which are barracks, reception, mosque, gates,
classrooms, on duty accommodation, clubhouse, restaurant, clinic, indoor
outdoor sports facilities, graduation hall, multipurpose test hall, storage
maintenance, library, police band rehearsal, & football field.
My roll in that project as a junior architect was some interior division
designing, exterior landscaping, work drawing, & detailing
JADDAF CULTURAL VILLAGE It is a multi-purpose development project in the United Arab Emirates, located along the shoreline of the Dubai creek on a 40 million square foot plot of land. My work field was on that was completing the work drawing sectioning & detailing of a series of buildings which consist of 4b+2p+G+1st+12 Residential Bldg.,
Civil engineering general skills: • Pile repairing, water proofing, block working, shuttering, steel spreading, tying, & fixing, ply wood, … •Site materials quantity counting & surveying •Distributions of the manpower on site. •Following of the sub-contractors to complete the work in perfect mode. •Distributing of the machines in the site. •Make a daily, weekly, & monthly reports •A great knowledge of all types of substructure, super structure,& building finishes

The Regent hotel & apartments(2012) A project cost of 1.3 billion Qatar rials (approx. 355 million U.S. Dollar) contains a 5 stars hotel & 9 hotel
apartments building, my responsibility was handling as a site engineer from the 1st to 7th floors of the hotel
all dirty works with finishing works.
Infinity tower (Cayan tower) tower cost of approx. 800 million AED (220 million U.S. $), I worked there in scope of site Architect, inspecting work quality as a consultant, snagging & reviewing As built designs
Good Knowledge in leveling, excavation works, machineries like bulldozer, grader, shovel, roller, etc...
With the crisis and the Armageddon falling of the companies, in the addition of huge work pressure to
finish as much as we can the project, I worked for villas in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, & sharjah in separated
districts like khalifa A,B,& C, al shamkha, Mohammed bin zayed, Arabian ranches, al khan districts
for several clients at the same time for certain while as follow :
1. villa client name: Salem al Jamaan, G+1, a super deluxe villa with a high qualified Cleopatra ceramic
flooring & marbles, with a water jet marble works and external stone cladding over 1000m2 gross area
2. villa client name: Fatima G+1 (3 villas) with a standard design, I joined the block works duration, & the
service block foundation works, in addition of plastering, painting works for the villa & ceramic
3. villa client name: al alili G+1 (5 villas 1 main & 4 standards), I started that villa from the piling, tie beam
timber & steel works, concrete pouring, MEP & ground floor works preparations.
4. Villa client name: al shamkha, G+1 (1 villa G+1+R) I controlled the finishing works.
5. Villa client: Ahmad Saad G+1 maintenance villa, the purpose was extending 3 walls outside the villa and
making mud tile ceiling, with gypsum new wall extension, new service block for the driver & dog room &
electric extensions for the landscaping.
6. Shopping mall (Carrefour) small area 200x100 meters area, steel works detailing using AutoCAD
structural detailing, for foundation strip footing beam, ground floor , columns, water tank, roof floor etc…
7. Leveling works for a proposed piping factory of 20000sqm using bulldozer, shovels, graders, & rolling
compactors

My ambition To lead the world into one integrated community, by solving the

• Highlighting the charity works for the women, orphans, children, old people, travelers, & ill people, by keeping them living as one family without any Stratified feeling
• Concentrating on food & place to be available as much as we can for every body, keeping that those 2 things must not be raised in price for ever, and it must been given as much as we can for free
• Supporting the advance programs of teaching & knowledge
2- raising the technology in the world
• especially the green energy resources as much as we can because of the weakness of petroleum extraction toward the world needs in a ratio of 4:1
• Supporting IT in all districts in the world
• Supporting scientists
3- prevent the world from stealing operations, cheating, usury, bad dealing, bad talking, fighting, killing etc… or any effective bad behavior, by supporting the interior police defense & exterior military defense.
4- raising the knowledge of the world & all its supports as schools, universities, colleges, laboratories, libraries, etc…
5- supporting brotherhood, neighborhood, kinship, love between the people, work groups, & kicking off the autism psychology from our human nature
6-raising the nature, & the nature entertainments, because the human is so much in in need to be involved with nature, & the nature is a source of mind to clearly opened, and these could be by urban or nature design mainly, through a combination of green raised fields with water, under the vision of the sky (green, yellow & blue). Also by keeping the total houses combined with nature,(I saw a lot of throttled house, no balconies, no sun rays entering the house, no green houses!!! There people mostly having illness in their psychological behaviors)
